FD92 Tri-Deck Hull Three

Since the debut of the rst FD92 – a custom tri-deck designed and built for an experienced owner – in November 2020, three additional FD92 yachts have sold to American clients. Built on spec, Hull ree was sold as the yacht was enroute to the U.S. e highlight feature of the FD92 is its tri-deck design, which o ers both an enclosed skylounge and a lightweight carbon ber ybridge for multiple helm and entertaining options. Christened e Rock, this FD92 features a total of ve staterooms and can accommodate up to ve crew members. A full beach club is situated at the stern. Innovative amenities – from wireless charging stations to convertible furniture – feature through the latest FD92, and entertaining options have been prioritized throughout. Just days after its arrival in Sanctuary Cove, the Limited Edition Horizon FD87 Hull 18 was sold to an Australian owner. Built on spec, the yacht was a stand-out for her many unique features, including a ve-stateroom layout, beach garage and touch-and-go helipad. is yacht is also a Limited Edition design from the Cor D. Rover Signature Series, and features the Rover-designed FD Series exterior styling as well as a custom-designed interior penned at the hands of the Dutch designer. is FD87 Skyline was designed with a ve-stateroom layout including an on-deck master with a full-beam his-and-her ensuite, crew quarters for three and a beach garage and Hi/Lo swim platform. A predominance of satin walnut maintains a classy, modern feel throughout, while a walnut sole perfectly complements the satin white oak accents and Carrara marble surfaces in the main salon. Here, a handmade designer chandelier serves as a focal point for the space and augments the yacht’s 23’ 3” beam. A dayhead is positioned aft to accommodate the main deck’s interior and exterior areas and a dining table with a stone top seats ten for formal dining. is build features a semi-enclosed skylounge with a newly designed micro bridge, so as to accommodate a larger exterior boat deck with an indoor/outdoor entertaining area and tender storage aft. e lightweight hardtop doubles as a touch-and-go helipad and includes a hydraulic telescopic radar arch. After making its U.S. debut at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in late March, the Horizon FD75 Hull Two has sold to an American owner. e distinguishing feature of the FD75 model is not only the ample interior and exterior space provided by the yacht’s 20’ 4” (6.2m) beam, but also the High Performance Piercing Bow and hull design

that a ords supreme comfort and stability. e FD75 is owner/ operator capable and is also tted with accommodations for two crew members. Designed with a four-stateroom layout, the FD75 is further distinguished by its on-deck master and interior pilothouse layout. Uniquely this FD75 showcases a galley-aft con guration, which allows for the entire aft portion of the main deck to operate as one large entertaining space. is is the rst Horizon yacht for the owner, who plans to cruise Florida’s many waterways aboard his new yacht.

E81 Hull Two

Not long after the announcement of the creation of the brand-new Horizon E81 model, Horizon Yacht USA signed a sales contract for Hull Two. e E81 model blends the sleek E Series superstructure design with a beamy hull to maximize both space and style. Commissioned for rst-time Horizon owners, the newest E81 has been designed to accommodate her experienced owners’ cruising lifestyle, with spacious exterior areas, a three-stateroom-plus-o ce layout and a modern interior décor created in collaboration with the Horizon in-house design center. “ is is the second boat that we have done as a semi-custom build,” says the owner. “ e experience has been quite di erent in that Horizon has bent over backwards to deliver what we want.” e creation of custom storage for the sea stairs and deck chairs and tweaks in the standard E81 layout to allow for additional functionality will make for a better boat overall, he says. High demand for new build yachts has led to a new Horizon FD80 being sold while in build to an American yacht owner. Nestled between the Horizon FD75 and the FD90 models, the FD80 has carved out a niche among active yacht owners who appreciate the model’s build quality, four-stateroom layout and ample deck areas for lounging and entertaining. is latest FD80 features an enclosed skylounge con guration with a full-beam master stateroom on the main deck and three guest cabins on the lower deck, with crew quarters for four and a beach club situated aft. Plentiful deck areas distinguish the FD80 from any competition, and the owner of Hull Five has customized the skylounge and boat deck layout to accommodate two jet skis aft along with a six-person Jacuzzi with counter seating and a bar area. e foredeck will be tted with a large sunpad and U-shaped seating with dinettes for enjoying the view at anchor. is latest FD80 is currently in build and on schedule to deliver to her new owner in the Fall of 2021. A spike in demand from both new and repeat clients converged to result in a flurry of Horizon Power Catamaran (PC) sales in recent months, including four PC60 models and one PC65.

e PC60 Hull 23 is currently in build for a Florida-based couple who have owned numerous boats in the past and were drawn to the PC60 design with its full-beam, on-deck master stateroom and three comfortable staterooms accommodating six additional guests in the hulls. ese owners speci ed the new lithium battery technology that allows the yacht’s systems to run quietly for hours – the perfect accoutrement for cruising the idyllic Bahamian islands and cays. Sold to extensive cruisers who have previously owned expedition yachts, the PC60 Hull 25 has been designed with a four-stateroom layout including a full-beam on-deck master suite. ese clients also selected the lithium battery system, which eliminates the need for a second generator. ey plan to spend their days aboard cruising e Bahamas.

Longtime experienced boaters from Florida are the proud owners of the PC60 Hull 24. ey chose an open salon layout for their design and positioned three large staterooms in the hulls – with the master suite encompassing the starboard hull. Repeat Horizon PC owners moving up from their current PC60 model have contracted the new PC65 Hull 4. e clients selected the PC65 model for the additional space the layout provides. is hull will also be tted with the Seatorque shaft system and Veem propellers, which are expected to increase speed and e ciency by 12% - 15%.

Of the recent sales activity, The Powercat Company Director Richard Ford notes, “The design of the Horizon PC60 and PC65 models seems to have struck a note with our clients who turn to Horizon after considering high-end monohull models such as Grand Banks, Fleming or Marlow.
