BACKGROUND Who is Horner Flooring?

Horner Flooring is located in Dollar Bay, MI – a city in the Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Horner Flooring is the oldest and longest-standing member of the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association (MFMA).

Horner was founded in 1891 – the same year the game of basketball was invented by Dr. James Naismith.

For over 125 years, Horner’s commitment to quality of both product and services has been demonstrated most importantly by our relationships.

These include providing special event flooring for the NCAA, Olympic Games, and Common Wealth Games. Our track record of over 11,000 floors installed across the United States since 1980 alone continues to secure Horner’s place as the leader in the sports flooring industry.
