Use hand graphics as a principle tool in the design process, rendering layouts and master plans by digital graphics. Used Sketch Up and LUMION for modeling and rendering the project of development downtown as the heart of 600 Acres in Bekri city, Saudi Arabia. 2 The house has two families, the father and son family, each of them has a private part, and there is also a place to receive guests ( men MAJLES ) with a separate gate, so the idea was to provide private outdoor spaces for each family as well as provide privacy for them, taking into account Provide a garage and linking the men MAJLES to the dining area.

The style that was requested in the design is the modern style, so I used materials for wall and floor cladding, as well as plants that confirm this pattern. While providing aesthetic points (focal points) to attract attention in the two main entrances as well as private outdoor spaces, taking into account the provision of pergolas for shading

CO-WORKING SPACE BUILDING IN BAHRAIN

Form of the building is inspired by the ship used to search for pearls Deep in the sea, and as there was cooperation among its members, in co-working spaces also Persons need to co-operate among themselves. And the building become a symbol highlights heritage of Bahrain in a modern way.
Bahrain Climate of Bahrain Sun brightness: 12 hour /day Summer temperature: 30- 40 c Winter temperature: 10-20 c Humidity: 40-80% Rainfall per year: 50 - 74 mm natural resource: sunshine We can use it to generate needed electricity for the building.

General Information:
The project works to strengthen the role of river transport in the field of transport of goods at the regional level. River transport has several benefits:
• Area of city : 500 acres

Cheap transportation. Ease of action on the road network and traffic. Safe way.- Non-polluting environment. Reduces the rate of expropriation of agricultural land to establish roads.
• Population (2030): 58000 people

The project proposes to develop and modernize the economic base of the city, providing more than 1600 jobs.
• Length of façade on the Nile: 2.1 km

Providing regional and local services that meet the needs of the population and serve the rest of the center.
