Qui se trouve derrière «Natacha et le Club Band», ce groupe qui anime les soirées tout au long de la semaine à l’Hôtel Club du Lac Tanganyika. Qui sont-ils?

Natacha Natacha Ngendabanka is the only female artist in the Club Band. She began singing at the age of 5 years in the choir of the Protestant Church Emmanuel in Jabe. Very soon, she got congratulations from the neighborhood which convinced even her parents to encourage the young artist in her singing career. The choir became his source of inspiration and development. At the age of 14, she continued her career as a singer and dancer of play-back varieties with Ra Back Friday’s group. Her style is mostly R & B and South African rhythms. From the Play-Back to the Karaoke music she plays with the Msheng Group “Troubadours.” At the age of 20, she already performs familiar songs. The singers who will most inspire her are Whitney Huston, Brenda Fassy, Angelique Kidjo, and Mwana Tchala Lokua Kanza. It is 2011 that her career is on the top. At that time she produced her first professional album “Mawe Mwiza.”The whole album with 10 songs

Seule artiste féminin du Club Band, Natacha Ngendabanka a commencé à chanter à l’âge de 5 ans dans la chorale de l’Eglise Protestante Emmanuel qui se trouve à Jabe. Les compliments à Natacha alors qu’elle U»LZ[ X\»\UL WL[P[L ÄSSL HMÅ\LU[ KLZ ]VPZPUZ L[ amènent ses parents à encourager la jeune artiste dans sa carrière de chanteuse. La chorale devient sa source d’inspiration et de perfectionnement. A l’âge de 14 ans, elle continue sa carrière comme chanteuse et danseuse de variétés en play Back avec le groupe Ra Fridays. Ses styles sont surtout le R&B et les rythmes sud-africains. Du Play Back, elle passe au Karaoké avec le Groupe de Msheng « Les Troubadours ». A l’âge de 20ans, elle interprète déjà des chansons connues. Les chanteurs qui vont le plus l’inspirer sont Whitney Huston, Brenda Fassy, Angélique Kidjo, Tchala Mwana et Lokua Kanza. Sa carrière connait son point culminant en 2011 où elle produit son premier album professionnel «Mawe Mwiza». L’album entier contient 10

Depuis lors, elle est devenue l’une des artistes féminins très connue dans les quartiers populaires de Bujumbura. Après le lancement de son premier album, elle a déjà tenu plusieurs concerts à L’Institut Culturel Français, au Centre jeunes Kamenge, en Province Cibitoke… Elle prépare actuellement son deuxième album où elle veut lancer des messages aux QL\ULZ ÄSSLZ WV\Y SL KHUNLY X\P SLZ guette dans la société burundaise où les taux de grossesse précoces ne cessent d’augmenter. Ainsi nous retrouverons prochainement des titres comme « Jijuka », « Barigwa wumve » qui feront partie de son 2ème album.

FESTICAB 2013

Le Festival de Cannes, le FESPACO et maintenant le FESTICAB au Burundi. Ce festival du cinéma et de l’audiovisuel burundais est devenu un rendez vous incontournable de chaque été. Sa cinquième édition qui a duré du 7 au 14 juin 2013, a permis aux spectateurs de découvrir le cinéma africain et burundais.

Sports and Culture, FESTICAB had gathered distinguished personalities diplomatic corps living in Bujumbura, companies and banks managers, etc. It was also as an inevitable opportunity to introduce to this public the various film-makers and the members of the jury in the opening. The end of the festival was marked by prices discerned to the directors of movies by professionals of the 7th art among which the actress Fatoumata Coulibaly and the General Director of the FESPACO Michel Ouédraogo.

Sous le haut patronage du Ministère de la jeunesse, des Sports et de la Culture, le FESTICAB avait réuni plusieurs autorités du Burundi, les corps diplomatiques résidant à Bujumbura, les responsables de plusieurs sociétés, banques, etc.…. C’était aussi l’occasion d’introduire auprès de ce public les différents cinéastes et membres du jury à l’ouverture.

Ils nous ont dit... En marge du FESTICAB, l’équipe de Club Infos a rencontré deux personnalités du Cinema africain. Ils ont donné leur appréciations sur le déroulement du festival et sur leur sejour à l’hôtel.

Michel Ouédraogo Le délégué général du FESPACO Michel Ouédraogo était de la partie. il remercie tous les acteurs du FESTICAB dont son Président, Léonce Ngabo et le Ministre de la Jeunesse, des Sports et de la Culture, Adolphe RUKENKANYA. Il salue leur disponibilité et leur engagement pour la mise en place de la Convention sur le partenariat entre les deux festivals. Il a aussi adressé un mot spécial pour les cinéastes burundais qui permettent aux populations locales de se familiariser avec d’autres pays africains :

« devant un écran, on voyage, on découvre d’autres cultures et on apprend des autres».

Côté touristique, il fait un bel éloge à l’hôtel Club du Lac Tanganyika où il a logé pendant toute la durée du festival.

«L’Hôtel Club du Lac Tanganyika est à l’image du peuple burundais : hospitalité et accueil chaleureux. La première impression est la chaleur du peuple burundais, à l’hôtel c’était très fort. J’ai eu un contact agréable, que ce soit à la

salle de sport, soit au restaurant, ou avec le propriétaire Alfredo qui est très disponible et qui sait entretenir les relations sans oublier la réception». Je prête beaucoup d’attention à l’hôtellerie qui est la première porte vers un pays : quand on mange bien, on dort bien, il est difficile de dire du mal du pays. Moi-même, je connais du monde et j’ai des contacts, donc à l’avenir pourquoi ne pas amener du monde à l’Hôtel Club du Lac Tanganyika. Il ne suffit pas de donner une chose, il faut tout faire pour que le client se sente véritablement bien. Cela est aussi dû à votre structure de communication que je ne vois pas partout».

Fatoumata Coulibaly Journaliste et actrice malienne, Fatoumata Coulibaly est une activiste qui lutte contre la maltraitance des enfants et l’excision des femmes. « j’ai été ravie par l’accueil de belles jeunes filles polies. Jusqu’à maintenant, je suis dans de bonnes mains. Accueil d’une « Championne » Médaillée d’or aux championnats d’Afrique en 2012, Francine est l’ambassadrice de l’athlétisme burundais aux JO de Londres sur le 8oom. Son courage et ses efforts, méritaient un accueil digne d’une championne.
