FF&E Procurement

Delivery & Logistics

Our experienced procurement team will source, negotiate, purchase and install all your furniture, fixings and equipment requirements, managing every step and creating cost saving opportunities throughout the process.

Working with our global network of logistics partners, our transport and logistics team review and consider the optimum solutions for your project, implementing the most efficient and effective mix of delivery solutions for the project.

Installation

With our extensive experience of hospitality, residential and commercial projects, we project manage every step of the process, from building the project scope, programme and budgets, to overseeing site installation and beyond.

On-site installation is almost effortless with our experienced team of designers, supervisors, installers and runners, working together to coordinate the successful installation of all your FF&E and OS&E on a turnkey basis.

Project Accounting Our disciplined and focused finance team work with you to develop your budget, cashflows, reporting, ledger coding and tax position throughout the project, managing every aspect of the order admin process for you.

Engage with client and Designer at early stages to understand the design brief. Build a statement of requirements and develop the scope of works.

With information about the scope of works to hand, programme of works and schedule, the resources allocated to the project will be outlined.

Working with your project team to understand project budgets, if these are not in place then we would work early on with the scope of works to develop the budget.

Working assisting the designer on the review of the design to sourcing items that meet the design intent if they are not specified for review by the designer. Design, quality, price, delivery, conformance, operational, maintenance.

Where a specified item may not be possible to purchase, or through reasons such a value engineering through strong negotiation, or identifying an alternative supply chain. OTD on time delivery, future availability of the product will come into the selection.

Develop qualified list of manufacturers and suppliers for tendering and negotiation for all FF&E items. Supplier contract review, track ongoing performance, exposing risks, such as uncontrolled costs.Issue RFP, RFQ. Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery and payment terms. Provide all estimates to clients, budget overview.

Prepare all purchase orders on behalf of owners to indicate Qty, Spec, Price, delivery terms. Track all purchase orders and issue monthly budget updates of costs for all managed FF&E.

With secure, real time, cloud based reporting, customised for your project and financial coding systems,full visibility of your project status and new assets throughout the procurement process.

Identify & Agree Scope of works for Feasibility Budget & Resources

Step 2

Present scope of works with breakdown of items by category, Design Presentation ‘Look & Feel’ of products that we would look to source

Step 3

Source assetts for CGI, send as files, and add to presentation showing where these items are going for CGI company and client approval ( if this step is required)

Step 4

Review feedback from client, make changes if needed - hand assetts over to CGI company

Step 5

Provide Estimate Products by category, SLA, D&I, look at Value Engineer options with client

Step 6

V2 Design Presentation detailed & options for review by client, grid view options, start of elevations for key areas

Step 7

Inventory of items with costs for evaluation if we within budget (outlined in step 7) confirm to client on this and highlight any significant cost items for review before proceeding to V2

Step 8

V2 Revision for FINAL presentation and any FINAL detailed drawings & elevations Step 9
