Migration is Fast and Smooth During migration to new endpoint, HotelsPro will provide a test environment along with test login credentials & test URL. Please use your test credentials for migrating to Coral New Endpoint. After certification process, our support team will apply the necessary settings to your live credentials.

1.1 Change in the Search Step You can continue searching for single or multiple hotels. We change the request method from GET to POST. So you will be able to search unlimited multiple hotels with a single request. Comparing Existing with New Endpoint, one of the critical change is applied to search response. In existing endpoint, search response used to include all available rooms and the prices of all hotels in the response. In new endpoint, search response includes only one room per hotel with cheapest price. This will decrease your search response time and bring more inventory in searches.
1.2 Change in the Hotel Availability Step We change the request method from GET to POST. So you will be able to search unlimited multiple hotels with a single request. The major change between existing and new endpoint is the availability step. In existing, “check availability” used to return an availability, cancellation policy, additional info and price of an only one room. But in new endpoint it is changed to hotel’s availability and returns the all available rooms. The “hotel availability” step became mandatory. Existing “Check Availability”

1.3 Change in the Provision Step Provision response for the requested room includes, room type, meal type, cancellation policy & the price. This is the step where we guarantee these information at the booking confirmation step. If requested room is no longer available we return response the room is no longer available but if we find alternative room available for the same hotel we suggest you. 1.4 Change in the Booking Confirmation Step Booking confirmation response includes room type, meal type, room name, room description, cancelation policy and the price. Please use these info in your booking success page. If requested room is no longer available we return response with no confirmation number additionally we may suggest alternative room.
New Feature in Coral Alternative Product Recommendation We have added the recommendation feature to our provision and booking step. If requested product for booking is no longer available then we will return the alternative product (similar product) with the no longer available response in booking process. You can this alternative products directly or recommend the new products to your end user for booking.
