The Hyatt Regency brand prides itself on connecting travelers to who and what matters most to them. More than 190 conveniently located Hyatt Regency urban and resort locations in over 30 countries around the world serve as the go-to gathering space for every occasion – from efficient business meetings to memorable family vacations. The brand offers a one-stop experience that puts everything guests need right at their fingertips. And with that in mind, the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit made a vibrant debut last December as it entered into the capital of Thailand.

“We are pleased to celebrate the launch of Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, which marks both the brand’s debut in the Thai capital and the successful fruition of Hyatt’s first collaboration with Grand Asset Hotels and Property,” said David Udell, group president, Asia Pacific, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. “As the fourth Hyatt hotel along the Sukhumvit BTS train line, our strategic brand expansion in Bangkok caters to the growing number of international visitors to the city who are seeking premium accommodations and memorable travel experiences.”

With a total of 273 rooms spanning 20 floors, each room features a semiopen plan bathroom, separate rain shower and bathtub, a 55-inch LED TV and complimentary wireless Internet.

Owned by one of the most prominent real estate developers in Thailand, the hotel is already gaining recognition for its modern and luxurious design. Right in the grand lobby, one notices the modern touches on Thai culture and living—a reflection of Thai history and how far we’ve come since then. Depicting golden periods of Thai history, the gold element portrays ancient Thai architecture, ornaments and local arts and craft.

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is a modern Thai house designed to foster connections; a place where guests can share, socialize and collaborate with the touches of art and craftsmanship. The Lobby Lounge seats forty seven where you can conveniently get your work done while relaxing to live music. The lounge serves light meals and snacks throughout the day and high tea in the afternoon.

The hotel offer a full range of services and amenities, including the space to work, engage or relax; notable culinary experiences; technology-enabled ways to collaborate; and expert meeting and event planners that can take care of every detail.

The hotel offers distinguished dining experiences through different venues. It features a show kitchen, food counters, an outdoor terrace and a private room. Way above on the twenty-seventh floor, the Regency Club Lounge offers stunning views of the city through its natural day light floor-toceiling glass windows with 66 comfortable seats both indoors and outdoors. Or you can go further to the thirtieth floor and enjoy the view from the Spectrum Lounge and bar.

As the first project in Thailand by the acclaimed Tokyo-based Super Potato, this rooftop bar offers grilled seafood and meats, craft cocktails and live music throughout the top three floors of the hotel. Guests have the option to use the private dining area for six, the study room, the living room, the library bar and outdoor veranda. It is an excellent choice for private parties/weddings for up to 80 persons indoors and 49 persons outdoors with a spectacular view over the Bangkok skyline. Given the venue’s name, Spectrum refers to a range of colours and lighting that play a pivotal role in setting the scene. The overall lighting is designed to create a warm and relaxing ambiance, a feeling of being at home, with the functionality to change to several scene settings depending on the occasion. The study and meeting room has its own individual stage control and the lobby space plays with a changing projection.

The hotel also has a well equipped gym that is open 24 hours and on the 6th floor, the hotel provides recreation facilities including the outdoor free form pool surrounded by lush vegetation with an outdoor Jacuzzi, shade/no shade pool chairs, a pool bar, lockers and steam room. Boardroom space for twelve, with exclusive F&B offerings through the on-site kitchen, is also available. The pillar-less Regency Ballroom can accommodate up to 850 guests while in the loft kitchen at the Ballroom Pre- Function area, guests can enjoy light meals and premium cocktails in a communal setting, as the experienced chefs and event service team prepare exquisite cuisine a la minute for parties or coffee breaks. All venues feature natural sunlight and come with the latest audiovisual facilities such as smart LED televisions, high-definition video conferencing suites and wireless internet.
