Why our dedication to safety and efficiency means you can take to the skies with confidence

Type rating is essential for pilots to operate specific aircraft models, such as Bombardier Global 7500 or Gulfstream G650. We prioritise having a selected number of pilots with relevant experience to match our fleet composition.
Our access to world-class aviation training in the UAE enables us to maintain the highest professional standards in the safe and efficient operation of all our managed aircraft. Our training partner, CAE, provides industry-leading training for private jet rated pilots. Our pilots train at the Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) centre in Dubai on a range of aircraft, including the Bombardier Global series, Gulfstream G series, Embraer Legacy 650, and the BBJ (Boeing Business Jet). We also prioritise training for our cabin attendants, who play a vital role in managing cabin services and ensuring safety.
We work with Dynamic Advanced Training in Dubai for safety and emergency procedures, first aid training, and VIP cabin services. Our location in the Middle East is a strategic advantage in attracting experienced pilots who recognise the region's strong reputation for excellence and safety. In recruiting for our management fleet, we prioritise working with aircraft owners to identify and hire the most suitable candidates for their operations. Our commitment to crew training and development reflects our dedication to excellence in private aviation.
Launched to promote the beauty and pageantry of pre-war handcrafted vessels, the inaugural Richard Mille Cup sets sail this month, chartering a course from Falmouth in England to Le Havre in France from June 1025. In all, 15 yachts drawn from the late 19th century to the 1930s will compete in schooner and cutter categories for the chance to hoist aloft a spectacular metre-high trophy designed by Garrard, jewellers to the British Royal Family for the last 300 years. “Classic yachts bear a living, breathing testimony to the highest values of workmanship, heritage and tradition passed on to us through the centuries,” says Richard Mille. “By creating this challenge, we aim to set sail through history and to bring this high-end craft very much back to life.”
