On Wednesday, March 29, TransSocial in association with Arianna's Center, Transinculivegroup.org and the Mckenzie Project presented an event for Transgender Day of Visibility at The Pride Center at Equality Park. The event featured celebration, advocacy, food, performances highlighting the transgender community.

On Friday, March 31, International Transgender Day of Visibility, Care Resource presented an event at Richardson Park.

On Saturday, April 1, The Harvey Milk Foundation in association with the Pride Center at Equality Park presented the 7th annual Diversity Honors took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood and once again was hugely successful.

On Tuesday, April 4, Miami Beach Pride presented their annual Miss Miami Beach Pride pageant. Congrats to the winner Fantasia Royale Gaga!

On Wednesday, April 5, Hotspots Magazine and Happening Out TV presented our monthly Pride Skate at Xtreme Action Park from 7-10pm and once again had a busy night of skating, performances, great music and a limbo contest! Starting next month and every month after that, Pride Skate moves from the first Wed of the month to the first Thursday of the month. Check it out on Thursday, May 4th.

On Thursday, April 6 was the start of the weekend of the Lexus international gay polo tournament presented by Douglas Elliman Real Estate. This was another great year for Gay Polo!

Also on Thursday, our fearless leader, Jeff Stirling, produced a birthday party for his other half, Desmond, at Manor Lanes bowling in Wilton Manors. Lots of fun was had by all.
