On Wednesday, April 19, 321/Slammer celebrated their 16th anniversary with a member sponsored open bar and refreshments.

On Thursday, April 20, The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce presented their quarterly luncheon at Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery at The Atlantic Hotel and Spa. The food was delish, I highly recommend their breaded chicken sandwich and fries! ( Also on Thursday, was the start of the 10-day festival celebrating the 25th anniversary of Outshine's LGBTQ+ Film Festival's Miami edition. The festival goes through Sunday, May featured live music, DJs, dancing, and incredible interactive experiences.

On Sunday, April 23, Hotspots Happening Out Art Gallery with Dennis Dean presented the monthly Artist Showcase featuring Christopher Calhoun and art by Robert Reda, Anthony Ardavin, Elliot Gerber, Alexander Heria, Walter Mcbride, Hector Urdaneta, Michael Jude Russo and Dennis Dean.

On Saturday, April 22, Lips Fort Lauderdale launched their new Saturday Dragalicious Brunch hosted by the fabulous Nicolette, with cohosts Daisy Deadpetals and Velvet Lenore. Now they feature brunch on both Saturday and Sunday!
