APARTMENT RENOVATION
RENOVATION
2020
Floor Plans The project is the renovation of an apartment, the initial design is based on the importance of investing space and making it functional, hence the creation of carpentry appropriate to the desired function. Right next to the entrance, a storage space is created with custom furniture and a toilet. This space is hidden behind a mirror and wood facade. The alternation between wood and mirror favors the coherence of the space: living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is designed in such a way that it forms a library, the alternation between the shelves brings dynamism to the facades, and the lighting highlights the wood. The design of the custom furniture executed by the project owner is a remarkable element in this project in the different spaces: bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, storage and library.

My role in this project was to develop the design explained above and follow the progress and clients modifications. I was also responsible for the 2D and 3D drawings, as well as exchanges with the execution on site to ensure the validation and implementation of furniture and lighting references.

OFFICE BUILDING RENOVATION
OFFICES
2020
Floor Plans The project is the renovation of a building into accounting offices, the four clients each have their own floor. Each level is designed with an elliptical hub which is equipped with a kitchenette, sanitary facilities and storage. The use of wood cladding brings dynamism to the central core while subtly masking certain areas. The continuity of the rhythm is carried everywhere, joining the different workspaces. All workspaces are surrounded by transparent glass, allowing visual permeability. The contrast of wood and blue tones also creates a warm ambiance for interior spaces. My role in this project was to develop detailed drawings in 2D and 3D, participate in the design of the reception area, exchange with customers to validate some references of furniture and lighting, as well as site monitoring and reports.

SURELEVATION FEASIBILITY STUDY This project is the feasibility study of a surélévation. The first step was to understand the architectural elements of the existing building in order to respect them during the design.
Modeling and Materials Understanding of the elements of the existing facade
Maximum Capacity
The next step was to draw the template according to the law to study the maximum capacity. Then the urban situation and the context to make the decisions of the architectural orientation. Before starting the analysis I tried to make a collage for the mass above the volume on a real image.

LUMION RENDER ‘BUILT DIVERSITY’ diversity on materiality, outdoor spaces and
emphasizes greenery, volumes.
Natural materials such as bricks are cleverly layered alternately between brown and white masses that are stacked and aligned, while wood is used on decking and stairs as an accent. The building’s lush greenery ranges from plants on the balcony, vertical growing pots, and naturally growing trees and shrubs in the garden. The outdoor areas consist of private balconies and terraces, as well as communal gardens and agricultural terraces. My role in this project was to respect this description and highlight these design elements in the final rendering. So choose the right materials and create the desired atmosphere. Finally extract the images from the Lumion render and edit them in Photoshop.

URBAN DESIGN The project consists of renovating the banks of Abu Ali River in the heart of Tripoli. The work was divided over several phases, the analysis was the most important, since it presents the accuracy of the problems, and the choice of adaptable solutions. The analysis included all the activities on both sides, the heritage, the precision of the elements of the city of “Lynch”, the study of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The proposal was a route for tourists passing from one side to the other by several historical, economic, and natural activities.
