Paul Varsames considers homebuilding not only a lifelong passion, but an innate calling. Born and bred in Westchester County and the son of a highly reputable local builder, Paul learned the craft from a young age. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College, he joined his father, and together they developed some of Westchester’s most exclusive and luxurious lifestyle communities.
