PAUL VARSAMES Development

Paul Varsames considers homebuilding not only a lifelong passion, but an innate calling. Born and bred in Westchester County and the son of a highly reputable local builder, Paul learned the craft from a young age. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College, he joined his father, and together they developed some of Westchester’s most exclusive and luxurious lifestyle communities. From the prestige of Thomas Wright Estates – an enclave of 28 residences in their hometown of Armonk, to both Townsend and Wood Hollow Estates – he set an early benchmark for premier design and craftmanship. Since 2004, Paul has been actively immersed in Rye, embracing the city’s growing demand for luxury new construction, custom renovations and high-end rentals – currently leasing to over 30 local families. Intimately connected to the area, Paul moved his office and his family to Rye! That’s why he’s thrilled to be involved in the community, from the Rye Police to the Rye YMCA, he’s an active participant and a very familiar, trusted face around town!

Monique Varsames is an interior designer working closely with Paul - her husband - throughout the homebuilding process. Balancing both cutting edge current and traditional sensibilities, she strives to craft bespoke spaces where form follows function, sourcing the finest materials and viewing each project through a holistic lens. Her exquisite eye, product knowledge, and keen understanding of a homeowner’s wants and needs give each home a unique sense of style that is sophisticated, elegant and truly timeless. Todd Oronzio has over 20 years’ experience in construction and real estate in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. As senior project manager for PVD for more than a decade, he coordinates and oversees both renovations and new builds, as well as the company’s rental portfolio. He draws on a strong financial background to add value to every business dealing. This includes degrees in finance and management information systems, as well as over 10 years working with IBM Corporate focusing on finance reengineering and project management. Todd creates effective and efficient project procedures for all aspects of construction, ensuring top quality service and a commitment to excellence. He genuinely enjoys the process of taking a family’s home from concept, to reality, to move in!
