House Ortona rents two short term homes: MASSERIA IL MORO, Villa Iubatti, Ortona Three-bedroomed ground level flat (110 m2) in restored farmhouse set in Ortona's delightful countryside amid rolling vineyards, peach and olive groves. Just a short drive to Ortona's motorway exit and 10 minutes to the nearest beach (Lido Saraceni at the foot of the town) and town centre. MINI HOUSE, Ortona Town Centre 40 square meter flat in the town centre ideal for two or couple with two children max. Local shuttle bus service to both Saraceni and Riccio beaches during the summer season. Countryside, sea and mountains all close by, without forgetting the sunshine!

MASSERIA IL MORO Located in Ortona's surrounding countryside at a short drive from the town and the nearest beach. An ideal solution for those who wish to relax but enjoy all the area has to offer. Three spacious bedrooms (one double and two twin/double), kitchen/living area, hall, bathroom with shower cabin, wc, washing machine and hair dryer. Double glazing, mosquito blinds and shutters on all windows. Kitchen table seating 6 max., gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, tableware, pots and pans, cutlery etc. iron and board. Outdoor parking space, BBQ area. Bicycles available. There is a bus service to Ortona but a car is advised for greater freedom of movement. Owner lives on the property downstairs. Not suitable for the physically challenged. Rented weekly.
