6030 House Project Overview PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS The 6030 House was designed by Gregory La Vardera Architect (www.lamidesign.com). The first 6030 House was built in Maryland, south of Washington DC on the Chesapeake Bay. This first house is being placed on a basement foundation on a mildly sloped site. Building Program •

FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATION

The above images show the footings in place with reinforcing rods for the poured concrete foundation wall. Formwork panels for the basement walls with a masonry like pattern were used. With the foundation in place, EcoSteel is ready to arrive to construct the steel building.
