A recent classic car newspaper published that governments were going to outlaw modifying cars. This, of course, will impact the classic car and restoration business massively, never mind the loss of jobs and manufacturing. I shall look into this for next month and I hope, should this ever come into effect, that classic cars will be exempt. Although I do doubt it will happen at all, there is a huge global business for aftermarket items, from exhausts to trim and plenty for new cars too.
