BEAUTY SLEEP SURVEY 2016
Kiss the Moon Beauty Sleep Survey 2016
About this survey Sleep. We spend around a third of our time doing it and it impacts on every element of our lives including, how well we look and feel. Given how important sleep is, it’s amazing how little we still know about it We wanted to find out more and, in particular, understand how we care for our skin at the end of each day • Does poor sleep really lead to poor skin? • What are we doing as a nation in terms of our bedtime routines to make sure we get the beauty sleep we need? • What are our night-time beauty rituals and how are they impacting on our skin and our sleep?
We commissioned this independent survey to find answers to those questions and to unlock the secrets of what happens in the nation’s bathrooms as we prepare for bed. Here’s a taster of what we found out… The survey was conducted by The Innovation Collective on behalf of Kiss the Moon Ltd. in Spring 2016. 115 women around the UK and Ireland participated, aged in their twenties, thirties and forties.
