Sharing Love and Joy

Hawthorne at Smith Creek celebrated Valentine’s Day by bringing joy to the residents of Northchase Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They dropped off supplies for ice cream oats and 100 handwritten cards to show their love and support. This was a great demonstration of Hawthorne’s commitment to serving local communities and shining a light by sharing love and joy wherever possible.

As part of Hawthorne’s Live It initiative, Myrtle Landing adopted a nursing home for Valentine’s Day. The team organized a party for The Commons at Brightmore, a memory care facility that holds a special place in their hearts as one of their former residents now lives there. They served festive treats and handed out Valentine’s Day cards while getting to know the residents. What a special way to give back to the local community and make a positive impact!
