1 & 2 Ch eck I n & Point of Sale When guests arrive, they have the opportunity to check in and register on an iPad. A short survey analyzes guest preferences and connects them with adoptable dogs. The guest can then grab a snack before moving on.
4 Ca fe The cafe allows for casual socialization between dogs and potential adopters. Getting dogs out of their kennels and into the atrium puts their good behavior on display.
13 A d o p ti o n R o o m Research shows that dogs feel most comfortable socializing in a space that feels like a living room. The adoption room is a space where these interactions can take place.
7 G ro o min g The grooming space is used to improve and maintain the aesthetics of dogs living within the facility. The appearance of the dogs is an equally important part of the rehabilitation process. Grooming appointments may be scheduled by the public as well.
11 B e ha vi o r T r a in in g The behavior training space is used to train dogs within the facility on an everyday basis. After all, good behavior is a prerequisite to a good lifestyle. The space is also available to dog owners of the public to attend sessions.
