Andy Jones and Kam-o-kidz Back by popular demand! The Ultimate Aerobic and Fitness Program Kam-o-Kidz is a fun filled, aerobic—fitness/percussion program that incorporates dance, movement, music, percussion, chanting and participation. The show uses twelve specifically written pieces of music that showcase all styles and rhythmic beats in a fast, fun and engaging way. Children are so involved in the show they do not realise it is exercise and fitness! They get to sing, dance, jump, chant and clap. Recommended age 5-12. Parents and children under 2 accompanying a sibling do not require payment. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
