水，不僅供應了生活需求， 一座城市也因此而生。 基隆有著不同水的表情組成的氣候以及穿插著 港口、人工運河與島嶼的多樣水域系統。經歷了 兩次改造，水域的介入也改變著城市樣態，是座 水組成的城市。也重新定義了人們的漫遊空間 與生活。 但隨著發展的需求擴張，部分運河逐漸被隱藏 或消逝。原本與地面關係緊密的水上交通和產 業也慢慢微弱，取而代之的是被對外連結的橋 樑系統。這些人造物造成了老舊、壅塞與幽暗的 生活空間，現在正實施橋樑的拆除計劃。 在未來的第三次城市改造中，城市與水的邊界 會是如何? 乘載水的容器，是拆解堅硬人造設施的力量。不 同向度的容器疊加，橋上部分的橋墩、樑與橋面 開始拆解。 平靜，隔絕城市的繁忙。 朦朧，是居民的城市舞台。 掉落，灌溉了生機。 拆解計劃的都市物件縫合了這座城市被東岸高 架橋斷開的地方，開始創造現在的城市門戶、連 結被斷開的商店、居民活動以及製造市場中使 用水的新需求。城市與水的新邊界，會帶來市場 更多樣的製造體驗。

Expression of Waters 因為明顯的天氣變化， 走在這座城市，人時常可以感受到因氣候而產生不同水的狀態。 降雨，濕度，以及雲和霧的朦朧。 We can feel different expression of water, such as rain, humidity, or covering of cloud and fog.

System of Waters 除了氣候上的感受，在自然環境上，這裡是穿插著外港、內港，人工運河與島嶼，有著多樣的水 域系統。 In natural environment, there are diverse system of waters including external harbor, Internal harbor, artificial canal and islands.

History of Waters 這種多樣的水域系統跟城市的歷史發展緊緊相關， 因為城市發展的需求，水域經過不斷的改造，這些改造也改變著城市樣態。 Because of the demand of development, waters and appearance of city changed continuously.

基隆最早的聚落在貫穿港灣的三條河周圍 1723-1735 開發崁仔頂街 1815 填築新生地 1866 港口對外開放
因為有了農耕與交易往來，聚落開始擴張，而進一步發展市街和興建魚寮。

在日治時代前期開始市街改正計畫， 為了加強與對外的運輸貿易，開始填平海面， 以開發港口使用的新生地。
日治時代後期，港口發展蓬勃，與對外的運輸需求也逐漸增加。 因此開始建立外港的漁港工程，同時運河也逐漸延長和拓寬，以增 加商業貿易上的運輸密度。
1891 鐵路啟用 1899-1906 鐵道新生地 1912 市街改正 1912-1929 擴張生活設施

這時期同時也開發了原有的河流，變成運河。 不僅開始建立了水上的交通系統，出現了大型公園和海水浴場，居民的休閒生活空間也開始增 加。 | 1912 旭川運河 |

到了1970年代，城市能發展的面積已有限，戰後為了增加發展用 地，開始在運河與海灣上加蓋。也因此大量興建住宅，商業大樓以 及碼頭用地。
當市中心發展已飽和，城市發展開始擴張到郊區。 1978年建立高速公路的交通後， 這裡開始陸續發展向外與垂直的交通動線。

Borderline between waters and city 水域的改造，因為新交通的疊加以及需求上的加蓋而產生。 城市中的水，部分被隱藏或消逝，取而代之的是被對外連結的橋梁系統覆蓋。 現在的橋樑系統，成為了水與城市的邊界最主要的形態。 從前的水域門面， 因應發展的住宅與商業的複合機能，開始往上疊加。 原本與地面關係緊密的水上交通和產業，也慢慢微弱。 城市門面變成了被遺忘的角落。 12
Systems of bridge are the main type of borderline between waters and city. The development of housing and commercial building leads to a decrease in water transportation and industry. The real downtown is forgotten.

Deck of viaduct and canopy on the street shade changing weather. Although change of weather, people still can wander in this city freely. These multilayered and vertical structure are the only connection between water and city.

消失的水域上，如今被人造物和交通動線堆疊， 高架橋底下或者是街上的雨遮， 但這些元素遮蔽了多變的氣候因子。 邊界之下，即使面對氣候上，水的變化，人們仍擁有自由的、漫遊城市的空間。 這些空間是一條通道，也可能是一間間攤販。 這些垂直蔓延，層層包覆的人造物，是現在這座城市和水聯繫的唯一邊界。
Containers of Water 人可以感受到水在感官上的不同體驗，可以水的各種狀態的空間會是如何?水的容器製造三種 向度的改變。牆改變厚度產生速度，橋面之間有了高度而產生掉落，有了距離而有了流動。

水的聲響是來自雨遮、橋和騎樓， 跟不同材質的碰觸。
Falling | 掉落 | 掉落是高度上的感受，有視覺與觸覺上 的體驗。
Reflection | 反射 | 反射是周遭物體隨著光線反映的投射。
Blurry | 朦朧 | 朦朧是亮度不一的容器交疊，亮度由 容器深度和採光大小控制。

Plan for Removing viaducts The Third Transformation of City 這些人造物造成了老舊、 壅塞和幽暗的生活空間， 於是現在正在執行高架橋的拆除計畫， 也就是城市的第三次改造。 為了打開城市新的門面， 從2015年到現在， 已經陸續完成了鐵路地下化和部分陸橋引道的拆除。 已完成的拆除計畫範圍是基隆火車站與西岸高架橋周圍。

而未來的拆除計畫會在市中心其他角落實施，例如即將淘汰東岸老舊的高架橋。 基隆經過兩次的城市改造中，城市與水的邊界都被改變，也重新定義了城市的漫遊空間與生活 。在第三次的城市改造中，透過未來的拆橋計畫，這座城市與水的邊界會是如何 ?

| Falling Tower | 當水的通透介入幽暗的高架橋底下， 這裡會是港口看台，開始讓人短暫停留。 即使在車站與市中心的繁忙路徑上， 人們仍可以在酒吧裡感受到一片平靜，與港的連結。 22

這些不同感受的水空間，置入市場原有的4.5mx4.5m的空間模矩當中。 漁貨的容器可以被設計成一種模矩，漁貨不只是在街上販賣，而是一種展示行為。 活魚展示的一道水牆；冷藏用的冰塊可以流動販賣空間之上，融化的水會流動到其他市場空間 使用；處理漁貨的工廠，同時也是漁行員工的休憩平台。水的感受改變現在販賣的過程與經驗， 同時附加了更多使用水的機能。

面對仁愛市場，是提供蔬果種植的一片綠地。 水會流動每個攤販洗菜的平台上，蔬果市場的新機能會置入在高架橋面或橋下。 兩種型態的市場，在已拆解的高架橋上，開始互相串聯， 在未來這條城市與水的邊界，帶來市場中更多樣的製造與販賣體驗。 29 Transformation of Aquatic Town

Blooming Light 4th year studio Summer 2017 Project: 2050 Taipei Utopia
This is The story of the novel about 2050 Taipei utopia.In 2020, young people start a revolution in Taipei.people start to build Borderline of Taipei and occupy west area of Taipei. A boy is tired of poor environment and boring lifestyle,so he try to step over the borderline and escape to west town. In west town,It is a generation of mademade and returning to innocence. This city just like a machine, In the street,when he look up, he can see conveyor of food in the sky,a tower of saving energy,and robotarm of planting. In west town, their belief is not the god,is this machine. People try to refuse to resources from the government and their resources rely on nature. Taipei is in a situation of globalization and its culture disappear,but people lived in west town has unique style and color.

午後的西城，電車穿梭在房屋之間，往下看是一整片金黃色的稻田。鐵軌慢慢地自然的 漂在河面上，電車駛向河面，激起浪花，打開車窗，伸手即可碰觸綿延的稻田。「那是什麼 啊？」抬頭一看，天線掛著會移動的爪子。「那是贈與使者，我們都敬愛著它！」 它掌管了這座城糧食生產的一切，雖然是機器，但這裡的人們很珍惜它，甚至有些人將 它視為神。

一打開門，我深深吸了一口氣，看著樓上鄰居把布料晾在街道上，正思考著今天什麼時候 把該摘下來的產物送到總倉庫時，聽到樹上有個聲音叫住了我。 我爬上了樹，這時我才明瞭，原來這裡是一座被水圍繞、與水生活的城市。 我們在橋樑上奔跑，今天下午想到另一端的街區去看戲。 39

Breathing Landscape City 4th year studio Spring 2017 Project: Robotic architecture Location: Developed city
The most interesting feature of frogs is they can live between land and water. Frogs have breathing skin can help them adapt the enviroment.so I focus on the change of porosity on its skin and develop the mechanism of frogs. This mechanism can help people adapt the environment.Because of global warming, there are more exetreme climate around the world . Problems from outside everywhere, like air pollution,natural disaster and war. Maybe our city in the future, living space started to disappear,so how to expand living space? In the future , Even though gets worse,the building and underground will be the reverse city,the skin between the city and outside can adapt environmental change. The skin made from this mechanism can make insulation, ventilation,and light.Underground can be open space and living space, building can be planting.and it just like breathing landscape over the cities.No matter underground city and building interior, they will be a chance of our living space someday.

Market Story Museum 3rd year studio Summer 2016 Project: Market Location: Da'an District,Taipei
The customers of Cheng Kung market are almost Residents who live here for a long time.Even though They was changed,market vendors always tell their story and still have local emotion. Displaying the Identity of vendor can help customers know the stories of venders,so I try to improve feature of tranditional market,such as limited open time,ventilation,the common problem of not being welcome to children. I cut up original market and connect to playground so that any kind of vendors can be an exhibition area.By catwalk for Children and Visitors,they will enter market while playing so that market can attract all age. Market is not only shopping place. it can be a museum telling their story.

Catwalk on the market can separate traffic of residents and visitors. Entrance of catwalk is close to the main road so that more visitors can easily enter market. Each space display different products, such as meat, fruit or vegetable area.The market is just like one kind of museum displaying variety of works.

Days Permeated with Meeting 2nd year studio Summer 2015 Project: International dormitory Location: Shipai, Taipei
Students of International dormitory come from different countries.Students help each other so that have closer relationship. The location is near green land and surrounded by tall buildings so my first step is exposing traditional roof of housing to make several boxes.I regroup these boxes to produce terraces in front of their room and huge courtyard near the park.With this courtyard, social places,dailylife of students can be close to nature.These terraces are multiple place that students communicate with each other. According to different activities,there have more flexible space to use.Day of students in International dormitory can be more Colorful.

Scene with Sunset Light 2nd year studio Spring 2015 Project: Tourist Information center Location: Tamsui, New Taipei City
In Tamsui old street,it is difficult to find some performing place for busker. Their performance are not easily attracted by visitors. So I want to change this status through this tourist information center,so It offers an interactive stage for visitors and buskers. Besides,living space of Tamsui is transformed into the interior space and it is a process of an extrusion to unlimited release,finally,visitors will arrive outdoor platform,over there,you can glance the beautiful sunset in riverbank of Tamsui.

Whatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Architecture? I think Architecture is combination of nature and human. Two things have different characteristics, nature is organic and colorful.handmade from human often be orderly and have their principium. Both should mutual and has no conflict so that the value of Architecture will be great and meaningful.

Drawingă&#x20AC;&#x20AC;Dimension Inorganic materials with relatively sharp strokes, showing detail of the internal machinery.Organic materials with a sketch technique shows its shadows and texture. Sections underlines lines of underline so that the growing system of corn can be shown.

Dring the process of exploring, the core structure with six sides and fans have some similarities. I Imagine the power of a hair dryer driven rotation of corn, this power lets plants start to break down unreasonably.
