PRESTIGIOUS, WORLD CLASS - EDUCATIONAL,

I must say, that in the last few months I have never been so busy in my culinary business life ever, having a book launch with my culinary friend chef and author Marx Canoy, of the new “FOOD FEAST” a great Filipino cook book. Followed by my own book launch together with Margaret Fulton; the “MENUS” book, (produced by Raquel Muňoz, graphic artist), I would like to say: it was one of my proudest moments in my entire culinary life. Of course, all done with music, ample food and beverages, and best of all: supported by our GREAT SPONSORS! At the TASTE of Sydney, I was with publisher, David Lipman (BEER & BREWER MAGAZINE), we were promoting his great new publication, and my own “MENUS” book – When Only the Best Will Do! ...and next to us, how very convenient, our friend Glenn Carey, with his Balmain Beer Brewing stand. We attracted a lot of culinary VIP’s, view some pictures on my social webpage. Equally busy was the Master Chef Live, Centennial Park. The Smoke & Roast stand, organised by Matt Butcher and myself, were inundated with people sampling the variety of the Smoked Sea Salts on offer. Culinary VIPs came to chat to us; from TV/chefs, hundreds of our top culinary friends chefs and cooks came to meet and greet us. One of my great experiences was at the Ryde College; a SALT Masterclass presentation by the “SALT” book publisher; Fritz Gubler. organised by HTNs’ CEO, Michael Bennett and HTNs’ Marketing Executive, Suzi Brankovic. Luck has it, to be invited by culinary magazine publisher, Mel Nathan, to a most exclusive “Executive Chefs Club” meeting at Sydney Hilton. Catching up with friends; Paul Butler, F&B Mngr. National Press Club-Canberra and Neil Abrahams, ACF/NSW president.

Plus, I could not resist the invitation, go to the ACCTA/TV/Movie awards, after-party at the STAR Casino, eating and drinking with Lachy Hulme, talking with Russell Crowe, and mingle and “cheers” with great TV and Movie stars.
