CREATIVE DESIGN Apparently, humans decide within 50 micro seconds if they like what they see or not. And if they are unsure, they will have made a decision within 90 seconds. Furthermore considering that 90% of our daily communication is via visual means, it seems that the eye is thus a sense that is very finely tuned indeed! If you seriously consider the above, you will realise how crucial it is for creative design to happen, if you want to have a successful space.

FIT-OUT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT We have a dedicated team of specialists and site foremen, who are able to deliver to the highest installation standards across all criteria for different types of project specifications, from basic installation to highly complex and sophisticated design details. We partner with industry specialists and professionals, i.e. joineries, steelworks, glassworks and other finishing specialists to ensure that we deliver a project to the highest standard, at the best cost, and to the client's expectation. Industry guidelines and building regulations are applied to every single project we construct. Our projects are managed by Project Managers who genuinely care about delivering the project on time, at cost and to the applicable quality standards. They take initiative, solve problems as they arise and manage change requests: coordinating with the design team, while considering cost implication; and if it is not possible to stay in budget, this will be discussed with the client before execution.

Local research studies have shown that people in the UAE spend on average 90% of their time indoors.This means that we have to take great care in our design and use of products & materials to ensure we contribute to creating a supportive and healthy environment for the end-users.

“GO GREEN” Sustainability is about two important factors for us at HTS Interiors: • Wellness of our environment (and therefore the planet) • Wellbeing of the people (within the environments they interact with) To achieve the above, we use as our guidelines: • LEED certification rating system – U.S. Green Building Council • Green Building Regulations and Specifications – Dubai • Estidama certification rating system – Abu Dhabi • Applying latest design research, i.e. the importance of applying biophilic principals to the design & built environment. • Reducing carbon footprint – using locally manufactured materials, products & furniture, where possible.
