Once the State of Hawai`i approves the sale of the lots to the public, Hualālai Realty will send out "teaser" email that announces the lots at the Ihoikai subdivision will be offered for sale in two weeks. This will provide notice to all existing prospects who want to focus on a specific lot. Currently we have 24 existing Members, 18 outside prospects, and a number of potential MSD friends and family that are interested in purchasing lots. Two to three weeks after the "teaser" email, Hualālai Realty will send out an email to the interested parties including the approved marketing package, prices for each lot, and the date for accepting offers for each lot. The email will detail the process in the event there are multiple offers for a particular lot. In that case, Hualālai Realty will inform the interested parties that there are multiple offers and provide a date for a "Best & Final" offer.
