Balance Sunrise & Sunset Yoga Welcome the morning and evening with this blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga under the Hualālai sky! Beginners - Intermediate. HIIT Yoga Combining high intensity moves with yoga makes an effective way to give yur body optimal results in such a short amount of time. Yoga Flow Defined as a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which you experience a sense of fluid physical motion. Yoga Nidra Is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is a powerful technique for controlling your body’s relaxation response.

Yin Yoga Slower practice where poses are mindfully held for an extended length to work on the deeper connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more dynamic practice. This works on the muscles amd blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. “Hip” Yoga The Hip-Opening Yoga poses loosen tight hips, improve your range of motion and circulation, and alleviate back pain plus an array of stretches to help loosen up. Mixed Level Yoga Focused on intelligent alignment, this class draws from an array of traditional yoga lineages and modern yoga styles. Open to all levels.

General Information Hours of Operations 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily Reservations We highly recommend booking your appointments in advance by calling (808) 325-8440 (in-house, dial 53).
Sports Club Courtesies Shirts and closed toe shoes are required in strength and cardio facilities and on all cardio and strength equipment.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know four (4) hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. The cancellation policy for Groups is seventy-two (72) hours in advance.
Programs and activities will begin and end at their scheduled times. Please be prompt when attending classes to avoid disappointment.
Please note that services, hours and prices are subject to change with or without notification. Minimum Age Children under the age of fourteen (14) are not permitted in the fitness facilities. Pricing Information All fitness classes 45 minutes are $25 per person, Group pilates $45 per person. Personal Training , 50 min $115 per person Private Pilates, 50 min $115 per person Private Yoga, 50 min $115 per person

The Hualālai Sports Club is a cell phone free zone. Please be courteous to other guests and refrain from using cellular phones in the Sports Club. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the fitness facilities. Gratuities Gratuities in appreciation for excellent service are welcome and are at your discretion. The general recommended amount is 20% of your total service or activity fee(s).
