Proposal Hobart city is located foot of mountain Wellington，therefore the whole city has certain slop and the government buildings were build close to the coastline. Also the life in hobart is quite slow and pace. People live here can enjoy the freash air and bueatiful sence.As the southest sate of Austarlia The temperature here also cooling than other place.
