ADELE HARRIS The first Body and Brain Home Based Yoga Tai Chi franchise opened its doors at 225 Moller Street in Secaucus in September 2015. Body and Brain Yoga is a style of yoga that was developed in South East Asia and combines stretching, tai chi movement, and brain exercises that channel the energy in the body to improve your physical and mental condition. Secaucus Mayor Michael Gonnelli has endorsed this new yoga for the benefit of the community. Residents have commented: “I love this yoga because it does not get boring.” “I sleep better and feel very relaxed.” Manager, Adele Harris, is a lifelong resident of Secaucus and is a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
