When: June 28 & 29, 2008 Cost: $300 ~ This includes the cost of the room, make-up & hair as well as some props that we will

provide. This price is based on a minimum of 10 girls. If we do not have at least 10 participants then we will not be able to have the room for two days. We will be unable to accept requests for time slots until all participants have signed up and we are sure we are able to get the room for two days. Please rest assured that if your schedule does not have a lot of flexibility we will do our best to work with you for your desired time slot.

What you can expect on the day of the shoot: Each participant will have a scheduled slot. We request that you arrive 45-60 minutes before your shoot time to get your hair & make up done. The sessions will be private. While we are shooting in the room and the main bathroom, the next girl will be getting her hair/makeup done in the 2nd bathroom. This will allow us to stay on schedule and still keep the sessions private. We will spend approximately an hour and a half with each girl. Because the hotel cannot guarantee early check-in we are going to go with the assumption that we will not get into the room until regular check-in time at 3:00 pm. For this reason we felt it was best to spread the shoot out over two days, as this would give us the ability to spend the amount of time with each girl that we wanted. The slot times are as follows (this is assuming that we have enough participants to fill up two days, and will be changed if there isnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t enough), and are on a first come first serve basis (however please be mindful that some girls are coming from out of town to attend and have less availability):

We want you to have fun and most importantly feel comfortable. We encourage you to give us a call just to say hello beforehand, or even stop by to meet us. The more comfortable you are with us the more successful the shoot will be! 4:00 5:45 7:30 9:15 11:00

As well as taking advantage of the beautiful suite, we will also be bringing a white backdrop to give a little more variety to the shots.

What to bring: We suggest that you bring no more than five or six changes of clothing, as we may not get to them all. We will certainly have ideas for the day, but if there is something you want to emulate or something in particular that you want to achieve, by all means let us know! We would love for all of you to have your own ideas too! What will really work well is if you incorporate who you are, or who your fiancee is into these photographs. If your fiancee loves sports, bring a jersey and a football. If he loves to play pool, bring a cue stick and some chalk. If you are musical bring along a guitar. I’m sure you get the idea. Please feel free to bring any additional props that we may not have mentioned here - we welcome all of your ideas!

Some other suggestions of clothing/props to bring: •Boa •Buttondown shirt & tie (one of your fiancees) •Corset •Fishnet Stockings •Flowers •Garter •Hats (any kind of hat) •High Heels •Jeans •Jewelry (of course, don’t forget your engagement ring!) •Lingerie •Swimsuit •Tank top or fitted white tee (would you consider getting wet in a t-shirt at the end of the shoot, if so, bring one along specifically for that!) •Veil

What you can expect after the shoot: Discretion! After the shoot your images will be posted to your own secure page on our web site, which you will need a password to access. You will then be able to make your selections for prints, coffee table books, DVDs, gallery wraps, etc. We will not give out your password to anyone except you! Every image that gets chosen to be included in an album or coffee table book, as well as enlarged as a print includes color correction as well as retouching - blemishes will be removed, wrinkles decreased, face shine removed, etc. *Should you choose to purchase the DVD with digital negatives it will include all copyrights so you will be free to print any and all images you wish. However the DVD does not include retouched images or color correction. Because you will view your images on our site we will need all particpants to sign a model release form. We will NOT use any images where your face is clearly distiguishable for any promotional purposes unless we have previously discussed this with you and you are ok with it.

Pricing: Because we are doing a marathon session we wanted to offer you discount pricing. All prints and the DVD of digital negatives are 50% off. Pricing is as follows:

Coffee Table Books/albums: We offer a few different choices for coffee table books and albums (we will bring samples with us to the shoot), but here is a brief list. Please keep in mind that these are available in various sizes, as well as various page quantities. Also, because these are very work intensive and quite costly to us we are not able to discount them as much as prints. Payment/Reservations: Because we need to reserve the dates for the room and the hair/makeup artist we will need all participants to sign up and submit their payment no later than March 31.
