BECAUSE YOU ARE THE DESIGNER

EDITORIAL LETTER

E MOTION EVOLUTION" The meaning of Design in our everyday life " -

You may be wondering why E-Motion Evolution The meaning of Design in our everyday life is the theme of this month. What does it mean? Why "Design" is written with a capital letter? Sometimes we don't pay attention at something that surround us at every single moment. This month's theme is E-Motion Evolution. It has hide in it three ponderous words; "emotion" "motion" and "evolution". This three words say everything we need to know, it's the evolution through motion of our emotions, and thoughts, thanks to whom? Thanks to the design and for consequent the designer that are behind all the objects. The clothes you are wearing, the chair you are sitting in, think about it. EVERYTHING has a design (bad or good, it has it's own, unique design) The motion of design makes our thoughts, ideas and emotions evolute. Never forget the importance of Design

Making it the 2nd most consumed beverage in the hole world, after water. This is because you can find it in inimaginable presentations! the most common, are the traditional hot tea, ice tea and mixed with other ingredients, like bobba tapioca and milk to make delicious bubble tea, dense sugar and milk to make Chai tea, and is even used for beauty products! TEA IS SO DIVERSE!

As you may know, tea is prepared by pouring hot boiling water over cured leaves of the Camelia sinensis, well known as green tea, and depending on your mood, you could try some new combinations!

Although they are in approximation over 1500 types of tea, they are divided in 5 big families

·WHITE· ·YELLOW· ·OOLONG· ·GREEN· ·BLACK·

They may have fresh, cooling flavors while others floral, fruity or even grassy ones. It was originated in China, and was used as a medical drink and became popular during the Tang Dynasty, and it was not until the 17th century that it became "classy".

TEA IS THE SOUL OF NATURE

Tea objects occupy an important place in the design industry, lots and lots of designers have created a large variety of original objects and concepts such as mugs, teabags and teapots EVERY OBJECT IT'S OWN PERSONNALITY

SENBA TEA

Created in Toronto by the grphic Designer Seia Goto, SENBA TEA teabags, have transform your way of drinking tea and the original teabag, from ordinary to elegant. Elegant like origami, the traditional japanese art they are inspired from. This SENBA TEA teabags, have an eco.friendly design: the cardboard wrapping is recyclable, and even the glue (made of plants) and the teabag itself (made of green corn) are biodegradables! At the end, when the teabag is unwrapped, the origami acts like an anchor to the mug. If you feel crafty, you can recycle the teabag wrap into geometric art to decorate a wall or to bring to life an entire room! These SENBA TEA product, is not only giving a touch of estheticity, elegance and originality to your drink, but it makes it in a green way, followed by a deep and peaceful meaning. Twinings and Lipton should take note of this green activity and modify their products if they want to keep up!
