This project site is located at the heart of Jurong East,In the Commercial Heart of Jurong East which is defined as the "juring Gateway" and is envisaged to be the largest and most vibrant commerical hub outside of Singapore's scity center.It has a protential extend and complete the pedestrain route from the Station to the Reserve Site, JGateway Condos, and HDB Estates to the North. The project approach as the intergrated Transprot hub, is to be a distincetive multimodal mixed use development, a combination of governmental and commerciao offices, retail spaces and spaces for the local commnity. The goal is to optimise the pedestrain journey through analysis, testing and diagrams to ensure the most functonal and enjoyable user experience is possible.

To ensure the developments mass is not imposing itself in a negative manner on the surrounding communiity we have adopted a terracing approach over the existing rail viaducts. The site orietation dicateds the careful placement of program so we can ensure that the commerical frontage runs along Jurong Gateway Road and the Civic&Community Insititution fce east and the residential developments to the north east of the site. From surrounding develioments the entire site will appear to provide layers of greening with activities breaking out onto various decks all the way up to the office towers summit. The Space will be especially import to the commercial and goverment tenants. The green terrace will provide and aspect of the "Third Place" concept

The site's role in enhancing pedestrain connectivity to the surrounding plots is also important, with development of the site facilitating improved pedestrain linkages to the Residential estats to the North, and strengthening pedestrain connection to the established walkways.

Our design idea is derived from “energy�, Inspired by China Guangdong Nuclear Corportae logo. With infinite parallel lines as the basic design element, we use this metaphor as architecutural language in circulation organization and planning throughout the whole design. We expect to creat a community office rather than just traditional one. Role: Leader of competion, (modeling,layout and presentation) involved in SD stage, EPD stage (whole set of facade detail drawings, part of plan and cordination) The site located at the south part of Shanghai which is right next to an artificial lake - Dishui Lake. The area is the core area of the internation shipping center and has a great potential to be the auxiliary of downtown Shanghai. Design language is inspired by shipping containers which is the main business of the client. And by shifting the volums we created a rich space for office, take best advantage of the lake view. The office building consists of a 40m office tower, 1 level of retails and 3 levels of office in the podiums. We got inspiration from the shipping container for the reason that shipping is Gangzheng Group's main business. Thus, creating stacked office blocks and fun tarraces and gray spaces.

Zhuhai Hengqin Ke Merchants Mixed-Use Project Zhuhai/ PRC April. 2014- Present 2016 Asia Pacific Property Awards Loutus Square is located in the North East corner of the Zhuhai Hengqin Island, close to the Shizimen Commerical District. The site is on a bay across Macau with excellent sea view.

Lotus Square,a mixed-use development with offices, residential, retail and hotel, occupies over 150,000sqm. Lotus Squareis inspired by the floral emblem of Macao- Lotus, creating a lively narrative.

The MLP layout takes into account the values of sea view. Two service apartment towers and retail street is located along the frontier of sea side to achieve maxim value. In addition, service apartment plan is designed as triangular shape so 2/3 of its facade could face the sea. Main tower is located between the space of service apartment and retail street. The concept “Lotus” is embodied through the architecture in both form and funcion. The design incorporates and extends the charming waterfront customs through its modern commercial architecture. The shaping of fluid massing form evokes visitors’ imagination of sea water; the series square from interior to exterior embodies various theme elements, like the “Lotus Leaf Canopy”, LED Water Fall, and Sea Theme Performance Stage; the coastal green park provide people direct access to the sea and outstanding city view of Maucau.

The site is fragmented by surrounding streets and multiple functions, a series of pedestrian bridges is introduced to enrich the interaction between different plots and to keep the whole site systematic. It also separates vehicle route to a pedestrian friendly environment thus to improve urban spaces. Our ‘Lotus Square’ introduces new dynamic open spaces to the city life. Theme squares inside commercial plot provide visitors with cultural activities beyond shopping; the coastal green park provides people with a great place for jogging, walking and sightseeing.
Because of the special political and economical position of Hengqin, an iconic impression becomes a crucial demand for the project. An image of lotus is introduced to the tower facade, as a response to the city flower of Macau, also represents a beautiful vision of the future of Hengqin.

the project theme is â&#x20AC;&#x153;Shanshui Cityâ&#x20AC;?, It creates a multi-layer, entertaining shopping street with rich theme. The architectural form derives from Sichuanâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s unique hillside water landscape. By extracting elements like terrace, water, woods, we tried to build a new modern ecological business park. The whole space is both inward and outward, it has a serie of theme courtyards; a skywalk assembles Sichan plank road build along the hillside. Integrating it into a place to live in and entertain with.

The site is in Jinan city's New East CBD, it is the pioneer development in the Province, responsible for the uprising of Jinan. In the city's development strategy, Jing Shi road is an important connection between the east coast and west coast. Our site sits along Jing Shi road, adjacent to the Olympic Stadium and the city's government, with a mountain to the east of our site. Our site hugely benefits from the location, the infrastructure and the view.

This project located in Xining, an
acient city with long history, Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a cherish treasure of Qinghai -Tibet Plateau. It contains a hotel, two office buildings, two S.A. and a few residential towers. In this project, we intended to build a modern shopping street with trandational courtyard spaces. Retails are broke up into single blocks which is flexible for attendant from large anchor store to small tetail. The concept of space is extracted from Chinese traditional residential houses, building blocks creat united but variety of spaces and atmosphere, array freely along the alley. In this gaint commercial complex space, visitor can feel the terrace, the pool of water, the spring, the tree. all these elements jagged spread in the business volume.

Atelier New York is an iconic menswear boutique that carries largely European avant-garde, conceptual, artisanal brands such as m.a.+ by Maurizio Amadei, A1923, Vetements, Margiela, Ann Demeulemeester, etc. The new store is located in the Greenwich Village Historic District on West 8th Street, and was formerly a men’s shoe store. The re-opening under new ownership calls for both the heritage of the conventionally “dark, severe and uncompromising aesthetic 1”, as well as reinvention and injection of new vibes with the comeback of Women’s session as well as embracing of e-commerce.

Overall Planning: Designed extracted the original courtyard form - three sides surrounded by slopes ,The south, north, west side of are hotel rooms. Hosting from 8 to 2 guests. Leaving the central enclosure space as a public area to solve circulation and public services. At the same time between public area and private rooms area, we use rolls of long narrow striped courtyard space to separate space, giving buffer to hotel rooms, forming light and shadow around the central area and at the same time providing a good solution to the ventilation of each room caused by original building restrictions, so that each room has its own small quiet courtyard.
