TOWEL & WASHCLOTH DRIVE Community helps replenish dwindling supply of linens

Two of the most-used resources at the shelter are towels and washcloths. We use them to do many things such as:

Bathing animals

Providing comforting bedding

Cleaning kennels

Due to the high volume of animals we care for, staff and volunteers go through huge amounts of linens each day!

We recently held a towel drive because the supply was running low. The Tampa Bay community stepped up and provided towels and washcloths they were no longer using and we were blown away by the response. With this great turn out, we’ve been able to spread out resources to keep the animals clean and comfortable during their stay.
