Kothimbir Vadi Recipe - A guide to making Low Calorie Kothimbir Vadi Recipe.
Ingredients: 1. 1 or 1½ cups of chopped coriander/cilantro leaves 2. 2 cups of besan - chickpea flour (add more if required) 3. ½ tsp turmeric powder 4. ½ tsp red chili powder 5. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste 6. 1 tbsp sesame seeds 7. ¼ cup roasted crushed peanuts (optional) 8. 1¼ or 1½ cups water 9. a pinch of hing 10. salt as required
Instructions: 1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Mix until the mixture is a smooth and thick batter. 3. Now, put the micture in a microwave bowl or cooker. 4. Cover the bowl. 5. Microwave for 3 minutes on high setting. 6. If the mixture is cooked and firm and toothpick or knife comes out clean. 7. If not, microwave for a minute or two. 8. Let it cool. 9. Remove the steamed cake and put on tray. 10.
