The slippers are expertly cut out, using Huntsman exclusive fabrics and lasted by hand using traditional established methods to the highest standards, which resonates perfectly with the handcrafted skills of Huntsman Bespoke tailoring. The slippers are cushioned with a satin quilted lining and closed using a quality leather sole and heel, allowing the slippers to be worn both inside and out. The slippers can be personalised with your own monogram or design of your choice, hand embroidered in gold, silver or coloured silk thread.

Finding the combination of colour and cloth that pleases your eye and suits your purpose: this is the beauty of bespoke. To start, you’ll choose from one of the many exclusive Huntsman fabrics available, which include tweeds woven in Scotland to the shades of mountain, moor and lowland. To this you’ll add a lining of supple leather or luscious satin, available in colours selected to enhance the outer cloth. The bar binding is a further opportunity to bring contrast or harmony. For the f inal f lourish, initials, family crest or a favourite motif are picked out in vibrant thread.

Complete your bespoke creation with your personal monogram/embroider y. Your design will be brought to life as hundreds of tiny stitches are applied by hand, and a singular work of art is realised. This is the perfect f inish to your bespoke creation. W hether it be initials or a family crest, an eye-catching emblem or Huntsman stag, our expert embroiderers will weave the magic of this detail on to the cloth before the slipper is made. With silk thread available in a multitude of colours, the choice is yours, or you can leave it to your embroiderer to f ind the shade that matches your cloth. That’s not all. Choose gold or silver thread as an outline to make your motif stand out. Or be bold, and have ever y stitch sewn in gold or silver, for ma ximum impact.

INTRODUCING CAWDOR HOUSE TWEED The Thanes of Cawdor have been Huntsman customers for more than f ive generations. This tweed takes its inspiration from a check designed for the family in the roaring twenties. It is one of our most popular cloths, both for bespoke commissions and ready-to-wear purchases. Here it is f inished with a claret lining and bar bindings, in a rich but subtle nod to its Huntsman origins.

EXCLUSIVE NORFOLK CASHMERE TWEED

This Tweed was made in collaboration with Joshua Ellis, one of England ’s oldest cashmere makers. It was produced in a limited edition to celebrate the manufacturer’s 250th anniversary. Subtle, sophisticated and eyecatching: the Four Point Star Tweed is distinctively - and exclusively Huntsman. Joshua Ellis has then added the sumptuous smoothness, comfort and depth of colour that only cashmere can bring. Using threads sourced from Mongolia, coloured yarns have been twisted together, merging to recall the earthy tones of shetland tweed, adding depth to the check. This combination of colours has been carefully chosen to complement a range of outf it choices. A royal blue lining in cushion-quilted satin and stacked heel complete the look. W hether taking long haul f lights or rela xing at home, these slippers are designed to achieve a balance of elegance and comfort that is sure to attract compliments.
