CUISINE AND SPECIALITIES Since the integration process, Vietnamese have enjoyed access to several international cuisines, especially in big cities like Ho Chi Minh City, where foreign menus are growing in both quantity, scale and abundance such as Combodian market, Chinese Town and Japanese Cuisine Area, together with a series of 5-star restaurants serving luxury European dishes. However, traditional cuisine remains popular with a variety of dishes like banh xeo, pho, noodles, spring rolls and egg rolls. The simple recommendation for the dominant traditional cuisines in the trend of globalization and cultural integration is to keep the pleasant taste and harmony. In addition, there are also exquisite and varied tastes from the North, Central and South in Ho Chi Minh City waiting for visitors to explore.
