EXPERIENCE PORTABLE
The Husqvarna DM 540i is a powerful battery drill motor optimized for handheld drilling of diameters up to 3 in (75 mm) and up to 4 in (100 mm) with the DS 150 or DS 250 drill stand. It can be used in light reinforced concrete for both wet and dry drilling and suitable for drilling through materials including bricks and building blocks.

The new Elite-Drill D10 TW thin-walled bits were specifically developed to optimize performance and battery life with the DM 540i core drill. Recent testing with these new bits showed an increased number of holes drilled per BLi 300 battery life.
With the 3" Elite-Drill D10 TW, 62% more holes were drilled in cinder block (16-42 more holes) and 38% more holes were drilled in concrete (5-8 more holes).

The working time available with a fully charged battery depends on three variables: the capacity of the battery, which machine the battery is used with and if you’re doing light or tough drilling/cutting. The batteries work with all products in the Husqvarna BLi battery range, making investing in the battery system a smart and economic choice.
BATTERIES
The charging time for a fully discharged battery depends on the capacity of the battery and which of the chargers you use. In many cases the charging time will be shorter than the working time. This means with two batteries available, you can work continuously – one battery operating and the other battery charging.
