SUPPLY CHAIN UPDATE

An overview of the status of major product lines at this time Demand remains strong globally for the Husqvarna Construction Range. All factories remain open and in full production but demand is still outstripping production capacity, though backlogs are starting to be cleared providing better stock availability. We are seeing only limited disruption in the factories, any disruptions are generally due to component shortages. Freight delays continue from most ports but congestion appears to be reducing. We are still seeing extended delivery times compared to pre-COVID levels. Some reports are suggesting a 3% growth in sea freight for 2022 compared to the 7% growth experienced in 2021. Airfreight availability is also improving. Global staff shortages and potential strike action in ports remain a risk to transit times. As the chart above shows delays in sea freight continue to reduce.
