To Order Items: Please note, items colour painted to choice or those shown with an extended lead time (eg. Delivery 6 weeks) are bespoke and manufactured to order. It is not possible to cancel or return the order (other than for warranty claims) once manufacture has commenced.

Delivery is available to most mainland UK business addresses although some remote and rural areas including islands should note that delivery times may be extended or in some instances not available at all. Additional delivery costs may also apply.

Multisec Wall is supplied wall hung as standard with the option of purchasing insertbale feet seperatly. All wall hanging fixings and wall ties are supplied in the cost.

We will always strive to keep on-site assembly to a minimum but for radiators larger than the maximum factory assembled size (25 sections) on-site assembly will be required. Full instructions and parts will be supplied although a joining key tool will need to be purchased (see above) separately on a sale/return basis.

MHS offers a high quality full painting service utilising the full RAL & BS colour ranges that includes some metallic, textured and specialised finishes. Colour charts applicable to this range are charts 1, 2 and 4. Please refer to the full charts on page 4 and 5 of this guide for applicable colours, cost and extended lead times. Lead times are approximate and a more accurate date can be offered by the factory once an order is placed. Please note that all colour painted items are classed as bespoke and manufactured 'To Order'. Other than for warranty claims, once placed a colour painted order cannot be canceled, amended or returned to stock.

Colour charts applicable to this range are charts 1, 2 and 4. Please refer to the full charts on page 4 and 5 of this guide for applicable colours, cost and extended lead times. Lead times are approximate and a more accurate date can be offered by the factory once an order is placed. How To Order Multisec Bespoke Radiators: 1. Select the model of radiator paying attention to restrictions such as window sills etc

6. Calculate the price by multiplying the section cost in the chart above by the number of sections required

2. Divide your required heat loss by the amount of watts your selected radiator offers in the chart above

7. Should a factory painted colour version also be desired, please note the colour on the order

3. Round this figure up to tell you how many sections are required (eg 15.66 would equal 16 sections)

8. Should the radiator be over our maximum assembled size, a joining key must also be ordered on a Sale / Return basis. (Return cost is clients responsibility)

4. Calculate the overall length using the formula on page 11 to make sure it fits the space 5. Should the radiator prove to be too long for the designated space then a taller option will need to be chosen

9. Place the order being sure to add the code and quantity for insertable feet should they be required

At MHS we boast some of the largest sizes of pre-assembled cast iron radiators in the UK which in the majority of cases, negates the need for on-site assembly. (See individual product pages for maximum assembled lengths) Why is this important you may ask?

Well, it's simply a case of time and money! Radiators that are supplied by some other companies are often only delivered in smaller "battery" sizes. Therefore, without realising it, the installation time and cost can be significantly increased due to the need for multiple joining of radiators!

Our Cast Iron radiators will be standard supplied to you in primer finish ready for you to paint in your chosen colour.
