LOCATED ALONG JALAN AMPANG IN DOWNTOWN KUALA LUMPUR THE CLUSTERED TOWERS OF ARTE PLUS. COLOURFULLY EXPRESSED BALCONIES AND SHROUDED AIRCON LEDGES ARE STAGGERED ACROSS THE DANCING FAÇADE TO FORM A DISTINCT BUILDING SIGNATURE. THIS LEASEHOLD RESIDENTIAL BUILDING COVERING A TOTAL OF 3.34 ACRES OF LAND COMPRISES THREE TOWERS, TOWER 1 HAVING 44 STOREYS, TOWER 2 HAVING 50 STOREYS AND TOWER 3 HAS 38 STOREYS. EACH HAS ITS UNIQUE SKY GARDEN THEMES, LAZY RIVER AT TOWER 1, SKY GYM AT TOWER 2 AND SWEDISH GARDEN AT TOWER 3.

TOW E R 2 EACH TOWER HAS ITS RESPECTIVE SKY GARDEN THAT ENHANCES THE BUILDING FACADE WITH ITS INTRICATE GEOMETRIC VORONOI FRAME STRUCTURE. FINALLY, THE GEOMETRIC VORONOI FRAME STRUCTURE ON THE RECREATIONAL FLOOR HOUSES DELIVERS A UNIQUE BAR CONCEPT AND LEISURE AREA. THE BEAUTIFUL DESIGN VORONOI STRUCTURE WAS DESIGN & DRAWN WITH THE HELP OF GRASSHOPPER PARAMETRIC APPLICATION. ONCE THE DESIGN IS FINALISED, CONSTRUCTION IS COORDINATED AND MANAGE USING RHINO3D APPLICATION TO PREPARE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.

PODIUM CANOPY TO COMPLEMENT THE DANCING TOWERS, ABSTRACT LINES DESIGN WRAPPED AROUND THE PODIUM TO GENERATE A UNIQUE FACADE. THE LINES CONTINUE TOWARDS THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING.

ARTE MONT KIARA IS A LEASEHOLD COMMERCIAL MIXED DEVELOPMENT LOCATED IN THE PRESTIGIOUS JALAN DUTAMAS NEAR THE MATRADE EXHIBITION AND CONVENTION. THE ELEGANT CONDOMINIUM COVERS 3.3 ACRES OF THE LAND AREA COMPRISES THREE DIFFERENT TOWERS. FEATURING TOWER 1 HAS 35 STOREYS, TOWER 2 HAS 52 STOREYS AND TOWER 3 HAS 36 STOREYS. THE ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT WAS FROM MAD ARCHITECT “NANJING ZENDAI HIMALAYAS CENTRE” BUILDING. THE FACADE PATTERN WAS FROM THE HUMAN THUMBPRINT.

THE PODIUM CAR PARK IS SIMILARLY SHROUDED BY LAYERS OF HORIZONTAL FINS THAT ENGAGES THE BUILDING WITH THE GROUND IN A POSITIVE EXPRESSION OF THRESHOLD AND LANDMARK ADDRESS. THE AND

THERE WAS SOME ADDITIONAL DESIGN AMENDMENTS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION STAGE. IT WAS DONE WITHIN THE 3D APPLICATIONS USED TO MAINTAIN A GOOD CONSTRUCTION FLOW.

LOCATED IN SG. BESI, KUALA LUMPUR ARE 3 TOWER OFFICE SUITE PROPOSAL. EACH TOWER CONSISTS OF 61 TOWERS WITH SOPHISTICATED FACILITIES. THE FACADE DESIGN IS INSPIRED BY THE THREE MONUMENTAL BUILDINGS, ARCH DE TRIUMPH OF FRANCE, PIAZZA DEL DUOMO OF ITALY AND BANGUNAN SULTAN ABDUL SAMAD OF MALAYSIA.

THE CLIENT INTENDED TO UPGRADE THE HOTEL’S FACADE BECAUSE HE WANTED TO HAVE A NEW ICONIC LOOK OF IPOH. HE OBTAINS HIS INSPIRATION FROM ARTE MONT KIARA’S FACADE DESIGN. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO MEET THE FACADE FACELIFT’S TWO MILLION BUDGET WHILE DELIVERING A NEW ICONIC LOOK AT IPOH.

THE CLIENT INTENDED TO MAKE A NEW PROPOSAL TO PUTRAJAYA LOCAL’S AUTHORITY. THE PROPOSAL WAS TO INCREASE THE PLOT RATIO AND BUILDING HEIGHT OF THE DEVELOPMENT BY PRODUCING A BETTER DESIGN DEVELOPMENT ORDER OF THE LAND.

THE CLIENT INTENDED TO MAKE A NEW HOUSING DEVELOPMENT USING CLUSTER HOUSE DESIGN. THE TARGET BUYER WAS INTENDED TOWARDS FOREIGN BUYERS FROM HONG KONG. THE DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT WAS “ORCHARD” HOUSING. THE UNIQUE THREE STOREY CLUSTER HOME ARE SURROUNDED BY MALAYSIAN’S FAVOURITE ORCHARD, DURIAN, RAMBUTAN AND MANGO. IT ALSO LIKE A
COMES WITH COMPLETE AMENITIES PLAYGROUND AND A CLUBHOUSE.
