Who we are It was in June 2019 that Russell Humphrey put his considerable experience into practice realising his own dream by launching THG. Russell has that enviable skill of converting his experience, built up over many years in the property market, into a second sense – his instinct just simply kicks into action. Over that time, I have fulfilled many roles myself including negotiator, valuer, branch manager and sales director; recruiting and training new staff for various positions. Many of these individuals have progressed to managing their own estate agency branches or their own businesses.

We thought about what it takes to relocate from the UK (or any country) to Dubai, not just for the person but for the company they’re going to work for. DE-RISKING YOUR POSITION Relocating to a new country is a risk. We know that unfortunately, and for various reasons, sometimes it just doesn’t work out so we need to mitigate against these risks to ensure that our clients are protected and their reputations are not just maintained but actually enhanced throughout this experience. EDUCATION & NURTURE Many people dream of working in Dubai for obvious reasons such as lifestyle and earning potential. The problem is that they simply don’t know where to start. They fear the risks are too high without fully understanding them. They have misconceptions about Dubai as a country and of the real estate market which can be off-putting. It’s our job to ensure that we educate and nurture candidates about everything top to bottom, from an early thought stage right through to advising the right company for them to join. HEAD-HUNTING APPROACH In addition to our nurture and education approach, we also target talent head-on.
