about: hygge supply is a profound reinvention of the kit house. combining a love of design and the danish aesthetic, we create sustainable and accessible designs in an easily combinable home kit package. from architectural plans to final interior paints, and foundation to fixtures, we deliver goods in a system which is simple in its approach and allows one to achieve a look that is clean, modern, and comfortable. though a traditional build is required for our kit homes, the build time is cut down significantly due to our systematic approach to construction. the modular elements of the design paired with the consistent use of products and materials across a variety of models allows for a more efficient build and preserves the integrity of products used.

the house: the birch le collaboration house is our ultimate showroom. we view this house as a space to highlight all of our vendor partners to present the best of hygge supply. it will be a model home and a short-term vacation rental, opening the space to thousands of interested clientele each year. the collaboration house will be featured in dwell magazine and remodelista highlighting the hygge supply concept and the integral elements of the home.

objective: we are looking for vendor partners to contribute goods in-kind or at a discount. in addition to this contribution, we’d like to offer the house as a location to shoot and feature the homes and products for print, digital, and social media campaigns. products will also be featured on a daily basis in the house which will function as a model home and short-term rental.

The SIP panels employ foam cores with high R values (50+) that do not deteriorate over time, and homes are heated with highly efficient radiant floor heating.

each hygge supply kit homes come with a fully integrated tech package. from the locks to the lights, and the thermostats to the speakers, the homes can be controlled from your smart phone or the iPad included with each package.
