Intro

I am a graphic designer due to graduate for UCA Epsom in July 2012. My main interests in the field are typography, illustration, minimalism and geomertric shapes. This project is focused around cryptic typography and hiding secrets in the public domain. It has been a personal journey of over two years exploring different concepts and themes until I came to this conclusion. The result is my cryptic typeface â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;Kruptos.â&#x20AC;&#x2122; Featuring an A-Z character set, a compelte set of numbers and basic punctuation characters, this font is supposed to be used in conjunction with bold dominating fonts using short, sharp sentences to get the users point across. The remaining images in this booklet are examples of the font in action, playing to its strengths and showing its purpose.
