LETTER FROM PASTOR MOSES Faith Movers Nation! The year of 2023 was nothing short of amazing! We came into 2023 with great expectation and anticipation of a wonderful year. The year 2023 was the first year that the lingering effects of COVID19 had subsided significantly. We were in a somewhat post pandemic world, adjusting to our new normal, but God showed himself mighty and strong. This is evident in how God moved in our church. It is no doubt that God had his hands on Faith Movers Church and we experienced nothing less than the goodness of God in 2023! I cannot begin to express the remarkable things that God did at and through Faith Movers Church in 2023. We started 2023 with the clarion call from God that this would be the “Year To Build.” It was the year where we moved from imagination to actualization. In doing so, we were able to build in every area of our lives. There was no place that was off limits for God. In 2023, we were building to and for the glory of God. In that, we showed the greatness of our God. To God be all the glory for what he has done! Now that we have been through our building season, it is time for it to happen. Indeed, the year 2024 is “The Year It Happens.” It is going to happen in three areas: M3- Manifestations, Momentum, Miracles. Manifestations is God showing up in your life. Momentum is God’s movement and favor on your life. Miracles are things that onlyGod can do. Get ready FMC! God is going to do it. It is going to happen. There is much work to do, but we stand ready for what God would have us do. At the end of the year, we will be able to boldly declare that 2024 was the year that not only did it happen but “it keeps happening for me!” I love you all and I am truly humbled to be your “BELOVED” Pastor! In His Service,
- Pastor Moses B. Herring. Sr. Founding and Senior Pastor
2023 THEME In 2023, we declared it was the year to build. All year we pressed towards that purpose in every area of our lives. As a church, were dedicated to one vision to build on purpose.

Annual Report 2023: A Year of Milestones and Celebrations
We are delighted to present the annual report for 2023, highlighting the incredible activities and accomplishments of Faith Movers Academy. Our scholars, faculty, staff, and parents collaborated throughout the year to create a vibrant and thriving community. In February, we kicked off the year with a powerful Black History Program, which brought over 200 participants together. This memorable event celebrated the rich, cultural heritage of our scholars and fostered a deeper understanding and appreciation for diversity within our community. March was a month of exploration and discovery as we hosted a Science Fair and Family Reading Night. Over 75 individuals actively participated, showcasing the wonders of scientific inquiry and the joy of reading. This event fostered a love for learning and sparked curiosity among our scholars and their families. We proudly celebrated a significant achievement in April as our scholars published their first book. Their creativity, talent, and hard work shone through as they shared their written works with the school community. This accomplishment showcased their literary skills, boosted their confidence, and encouraged their love for storytelling. May was a month of appreciation and recognition as we honored our dedicated teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. Their unwavering commitment, passion, and impact on our scholars' lives were acknowledged and celebrated. We are grateful for their tireless efforts and positive influence on our school. Additionally, May brought forth joyous moments as we celebrated the graduation of our Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Fourth-grade scholars. Their achievements marked essential milestones in their academic journey, and we commemorated their accomplishments with a spirited Family Field Day. The event fostered a sense of camaraderie and unity among our school families.
On August 14th, we welcomed our scholars back to school, embracing the excitement and anticipation of a new academic year. The energy and enthusiasm radiated throughout the campus, setting the stage for a year filled with growth, exploration, and success. As September arrived, we hosted a memorable Family Reading Night themed "Reading Takes You Around the World." Each classroom represented a different country, immersing us in diverse cultures and literature. The event fostered a love for reading and broadened our scholars' global perspectives. October brought a record-breaking experience as we embarked on a thrilling field trip with the highest parent participation on record. It was a testament to our strong partnership with parents, allowing our scholars to enrich their learning through engaging, real-world experiences. Lastly, December witnessed the triumphant performance of our Christmas Program, "A Christmas Gospel." Our scholars graced the stage, sharing the message of hope, love, and peace during the holiday season. The program showcased the remarkable talents of our scholars, spreading joy and inspiration to over 200 participants. Faith Movers Academy thrived as a community where scholars grow in knowledge, character, and spiritual understanding throughout the year. We are grateful for the unwavering support of our dedicated staff, parents, and scholars who make our school a place of excellence and love. Let us celebrate the achievements of the past year and look forward to the endless possibilities that lay ahead in shaping the hearts and minds of our scholars. In Service and Gratitude, Dr. Creasy Principal, Faith Movers Academy
