Owls’ Gateway is a shared street urban plaza located at the intersection of East University Drive and Indian River Street at Florida Atlantic University Boca Campus. The p l a z a c o n ta i n s a h o t e l , conference center, mixed use parking garage, welc o m e c e n t e r , r e s ta u ra n t s & leasable spaces. The site for this gateway complex was developed off of a Master Plan that proposed three large urban plazas strategically l o c a t e d a t t h e m a j o r e n t r a n c e s t o FA U . T h e s e three plazas serve the dual p urpose of creating a sense of arrival and extending the walkability of Robert Law Weed’s historic campus core to the racetrack of parking that surrounds it.
