Volunteer Jim Lynagh, who was killed in action with seven other IRA volunteers while on attachment to the East Tyrone Brigade at Loughgall, County Armagh, 8 May 1987. I believe Jim had the qualities and the calibre to become an IRA leader of inspirational significance had he lived.
