BEANS Ingredients: 250 g of red beans 1 onion 1 carrot 2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon of grounded pepper 1 teaspoon of flour 50 mililitres oil Some water a pinch of salt Cooking tools: 1 bowl 1 saucepan Procedure: Put the beans in a saucepan. Cut and add the onion. Peel the carrots , cut the garlic clove and put one teaspoon of oil. Cover the beans with water. Add some salt. Boil it for 1:30 hours.

SPONGE CAKE INGREDIENTS: -4 eggs -1 lemon peeling -60ml milk -250g flour -150g sugar -1 envelope of baking powder -120ml oil COOKING TOOLS: - A bowl -A mould -A spoon -A oven PROCEDURE: -Break the eggs in the bowl and beat them. -Add: the oil, baking powder, sugar, flour, milk and lemon peeling; and stir it all. -Put the dough in the mould and put it in the oven at 180ºc for 20 minutes.

MACARONI INGREDIENTS: 1. One handful macarroni per person. 2.One pot of tomato sauce. 3.One bottle of water.

Cooking Tools: 1.A saucepan 2.A tablespoon 3.A plate 4.A colander

Procedure Put the water in the saucepan and wait for boiling.Put the macaroni in the saucepan and wait for ten minutes. Remove the water and put tomato juice in the macaronis.Stir and put it in the plate.
