HAM OMELETTE Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 100 g of ham -2 tablespoons oil cooking tools: - a pan - a plate - a fork - a bowl - a tablespoon Procedure: 1- Break the eggs in the bowl and beat them. 2- Cut the ham and put it in the bowl. 3- Put all in the pan and fry it. 4- Turn it over and fry it again. PROCEDURE:

Put half the peach in the plate.Add cream around the peach.Later dip the pineapple on the cream and it´s very similar to an egg.

PROCEDURE Peel the onion,potatoes and the carrots. Cut the onion,potatoes,cauliflower and the carrots. Put the brussel sprouts,lamb meat and all in the tajin and put it on fire for 1 hour.

Break the egg and put it in the bowl. 2. Beat the egg. 3. Add the sugar, liquid butter and baking powder. 4. Add the flour and beat it all. 5. Make the shapes and put it in the oven.
