PROCEDURE 1.- Prepare the caramel in the pan. 2.- Put the caramel in a pot. Spread the caramel on the base of the pot. 3.- Beat the eggs in a pot, the sugar and the milk. 4.- Put the mixture in a pot and put it in the oven and the container full of water at 200ยบC for one hour. 5.- Put the knife in the egg cream caramel. If the knife is clean, it is ready, if not, bake more.

Add the egg yolk and the vanilla and beat. Mix the flour, salt and baking soda and beat. Add the chocolate and mix it with a spatula. Cover a bowl and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Take out the bowl and form small balls. Put them in the oven tray and close the oven. Keep them 14 minutes in the oven.
