DMRBIKES 2014 When we designed our first V12 there simply wasn’t an alternative. Many other brands and products have come and gone but none have been so prolific. The V8 and V12 have inspired generations of riders to enjoy bikes and dirt in a better way. Every DMR pedal has years and years of design and riding experience behind it. Which World cup DH rider epitimises flat pedal riding better than Brendog? We developed the Vault design with his testing and input, in 2010. We developed the shape of the bar with our team and through testing a number of different bends. 5 degrees upsweep stops the bar feeling flat or ‘droopy’ 8 degrees backsweep is optimal for stand up riding and also allows a relaxed seated position.

They are completely rider designed and represent the realist dirtbike products around. Everything with the Sect stamp is super-light and super-strong. Ready for the Dirt. “The sect range is all stuff i’ve been heavily involved with from start to finish. I worked with everyone here at dmr on coming up with a plan for each product. We’d come up with the price weight and spec it out. I’d then work with the 3d dude on making it look how we want and finally work with our graphics department on making it look sick. Putting out any product is a big group effort but i guess i’ve been involved, in some way, at every stage. We wanted to create the perfect products for the people who ride dirt. Everything in the range is all about dirt. It’s the best being given a blank canvas to come up with the best stuff you can. We pulled apart features we liked about our products and things we wanted to change. This ranges from all the angles right down to the price point. Sect stuff is aimed at the dirtjump scene specifically. For the guys out there digging steep and fast trails and the guys out there competing. The Sect grip is the perfect Dirtjump/Park grip. We took the classic mushroom design and added a thumb patch where previous mushroom grips wear-out first. We also took out the bulge at the end. This is so you can catch the bars right at the end of the grip and still finish the line.
