This fantastic three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment is in the Bossa Beach complex in Playa d’en Bossa near Ibiza town. Being directly on the beach it has lovely views of the sea, including the nearby island of Formantera.

Private, underground parking is available. It’s also worth noting that the best gym in Ibiza is just below.

This scrupulously clean property is available for rentals of more than 31 days.

The large lounge and dining space is expensively decorated with limited edition art. There’s a huge comfortable ‘L shaped’ sofa and indoor dining for six. The Smart LG HD TV has Netflix.

The spacious apartment level terrace looks down on to a wonderful, mature Mediterranean garden and infinity swimming pool that looks fabulous when illuminated at night.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage and views of the sea.

The master en-suite has both a walk in shower and a bath with shower as well as ‘his and her’ wash basins.

The remaining two bedrooms also have large double beds, ample storage and sea views.

The second bathroom has been completely refitted with a ‘walk in’ shower.

Of the five bedrooms, four have large double beds and one has twin singles. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom is on the same level as the lounge and has sliding door access to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to create that delicious meal.

In addition there’s a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave as well as a washing machine.

The grounds of Villa Calima are secure and surrounded by walls to offer maximum privacy.

Ibiza Town is only 5 minutes away by car or taxi and the airport is just 15 minutes away making this property ideally situated.

Our rental rates do not include our end cleaning charge of €300. There is also a refundable security deposit of €2,000. In order to reserve the villa we would require a 50% deposit in advance.

It was the best villa what a had been visiting! Thanks a lot for owner and Lucy for having us! Villa is so stylish, modern, has all equipment as a normal house and even more than you can expect!! The view is incredible! Comfort is on the highest level! Kitchen is very clean and organised, tv and sound system is the best, bedrooms made for proper rest with best comfort, very easy to use villa, and very nice lady Anna was cleaning villa every day fast and not annoying.

We were so happy in this place!! It was like a sweet home!! Thank you John and Lucy!! We hope to be back soon ))

WiFi

Super fast internet and WiFi is becoming ever more essential. Luckily Villa Calima has excellent high-speed fibre optic internet with speeds approaching 500 Mbps. This is effectively distributed throughout the villa which is crucial for both work and entertainment.

Mitch has been managing and renting high end apartments and luxury villas in Ibiza for the last 21 years. In that time he’s put together a top team of assistants who can ensure that any unforeseen problems can be swiftly dealt with. The aim is to for you to enjoy a stress free and enjoyable stay as possible.

Frank Smith has been with us for the last five years. He manages a very good quality cleaning company and is completely trustworthy.

Effren has been working with our company for around seven years. He’s a plumber, an electrician and a fantastic all-round Mr Fixit. He’s also good with all things internet related having previously worked with Movistar.

We call him Super Marco and he’s worked with us for the last four years. Totally reliable, he’s a carpenter, plumber and electrician. He owns several properties himself so he understands the need for good quality service. His speciality is ordering spare parts from Amazon.
