gathered garden Our Gathered Garden collection is an affordable wedding flower option that offers quality seasonal flowers handcrafted with love. If you are a bride who is inspired by colour rather than ‘must-have’ flowers this collection is perfect for you. We are able to offer these wedding bouquets as a less expensive option because we do not spend hours planning flower design recipes for you to to and fro over and we source choice flowers and foliages from our local growers and markets. In other words we keep it simple for everyone, but the results are still wonderful! You can choose to have your bouquet styled in an organic, unstructured design or more vintage, clustered shape. BOOKING YOUR WED DING FLOWERS To ensure our brides the finest quality wedding flowers, we limit our bridal flower bookings to a maximum of two per date. Fully styled weddings from $3000 will exclusively book out our team for the day. If you know you wedding date and venue we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to organise a wedding flower quotation via email or in-store consultation. To assist us with your floral planning you can provide us pictures of floral inspiration, bridal gowns, fabric samples and whatever else you think will help us along the way! To book our services a $250 booking payment is required to secure your wedding date, this can be paid via EFT, Credit Card or Cash payment instore. Once you have booked our services you still have the flexibility to adjust your flowers and our services leading up to your big day. Full payment of your flowers is required 14 days prior to your wedding day, we also accept part payments if you prefer to pay your flowers off in small installments.
VISITING US FOR A CONSULTATION If you can visit us at our studio to discuss your wedding flowers we recommend you make a time to see us. At your consult we can present different styles, colour concepts and discuss flower availabilty. You will receive a full-priced quotation on the day or larger weddings will receive an email quote the following day. TELEP HONE CONSULTATION Email has really taken the ‘fun’ out of being a wedding florist. Every day we get endless emails with images or queries asking for wedding flower pricing. This approach is totally fine, but if you can spare a minute to chat with us over the phone you will definetley jump the general email enquiry queue! Over the phone we can chat freely about flower availabilty, budget, your requirements and everything else. EMAIL COMMUNICATION Most Bride’s prefer email communication because it is convenient and its harder for the boss to catch you out wedding planning on their time! Before you email us we do ask for some direction from you, we require information like your wedding date, location, and a list of your flower requirements with quantities and an estimate budget. Additionally if you could email some images of your dress and colours or your flower inspiration (or share your Pinterest board) this will help guide us better. We do treasure our time as our floristry is very hands on and labour intensive so we kindly ask for your guidance if you choose to communicate via email only.
