I’m an architect graduate from University Of Jordan and working with Arab Architects - Bahrain. My responsibilities are developing new designs, preparing and coordination of the detail work for the project , I proved a professional use of Revit , 3ds max, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign & Grasshopper, I have displayed a variable approaches in dealing with different aspects of architecture design process , in various projects on residential towers,commercial buildings and luxurious villas, My goal is to exceed my practical experience and knowledge in architectural work,in which will give me a deeper understanding of my studies. P E R S O N A L - I N F O R M A T I O N

During my six years of experience my work has involved to producing architectural drawings, many of which are awards winning, and also planning ,coordinating amongst different parties of various projects from clients, consultants, suppliers to governmental authorities. Lately, I have led many projects myself varying from residential, industrial to commercial whilst coordinating diverse teams in other regions, especially those in Abu Dhabi and Dubai through means of meetings, video conferences and emailing. With the skills that I have developed throughout my years of experience, I am confident to take the next milestone towards managing more challenging projects, operating construction sites, to facility management.

project overview The project posses a strategic location on Al-Zahiyah Waterfront near Bawabat Al-Bahriyah (Navy Gate); a significant landmark in the urban history of Abu Dhabi. The site overlooks Al-Maryah Island, that is designated as A new Central Business District (CBD) for Abu Dhabi. Besides, the project is located at the crossroad of major developments including Abu Dhabi’s existing Downtown area and the recently developed areas of Al-Maryah, Al-Reem and Saadiyat Islands. Moreover, this site enjoys further benefits contributing to its value and attractivness, to mention but a few :  The vicinity to Abu Dhabi Mall and City Terminal; and being

located at the intersection of Al-Falah and Al-Firdous streets.  To avail from the current state of the area in the near future as in

the advanced integrated transport system, specifically the water transports considering its adjacent location to the sea.  Captivating views towards Al-Maryah and Reem Islands while

providing significant views for each in return.

The four parking levels being connected via three sets of ramps. The first set is located at the Residential Access from which it leads from the ground level to P1 and P2 levels. On the other hand, the remaining two ramp sets provide twoway connections between the ground and the basement, the ground and P1, as well as P1 and P2.

The façade concept design has focused on the tower façade elements. The key design criteria has been established for future consideration in the design. Initial detailing, system selection and modulation considerations have been reviewed for the typical glazed systems. Shading studies undertaken on the diagrid feature have indicated that the feature reduces solar heat gain on the glazed surfaces by an average of 23% throughout the year, and therefore provides substantial value to the building design.

The concept design aims to develop an identifiable image for the two towers. As part of a bigger development, the elevation design also respect the general guide lines of the elevation treatment which is mentioned on the dcp. The two towers have a magnificent view over the sea which is utilized by having balconies overlooking the promenade and the green terraces of the podium. A lighter color was selected in the initial concept renders and curtain wall system shall be used together in harmony to create a pleasant look and living style.
